prompt: Jenna helps Val find Tamar at dress rehearsal

Jenna's POV:
News had spread that Tamar went missing during dress rehearsal. Everyone was looking all over for her, but no one could find her. We were all getting extremely worried. After dress rehearsal ended, I went to find Val.
"Hey babe," I said rubbing his shoulder.
"Hey," he said with his voice low.
"You alright?"
"Jenna, I have no partner! I was supposed to take care of her, and now she's gone."
"I'm sure she'll show up. I have to go get my hair done, I'll see you later," I kissed his cheek before running off.
After hair and makeup, the show came on, and Tamar still wasn't here. When it was time for her and Val's dance, they just had to play the footage from dress rehearsal. Val and I were a little nervous about that, since we were a little intimate, like he kissed my head and I kissed his back, since we didn't think anyone would see it. After the dance, Tom talked to Val, and I broke into tears in the redroom. I hate seeing him like this, it's so upsetting. He came back to the redroom after getting scores, and I pulled him into my dressing room.
"Baby, why are you crying?" He said hugging me.
"I hate seeing you so upset," I said against his chest as he rubbed my back.
"Hey, it'll be ok," he said lifted me face up, and kissing me softly. We went back out, and we got word that Tamar had arrived! Val went outside and led her to the redroom, where I was.
"What did I miss?" She asked tired.
"You missed the first dance, but we still have a little time before the duet, so Jenna and I will go over the steps with you, okay?"
"Alright."
I start showing her a few of the steps she had struggled on, then Val joined me. Bit by bit she picked it up, and she went out with Val to perform. After the show, I went out to Val's car and waited while he went through the press line. Once he was done, he hopped in the car, and leaned back, exhausted.
"You did good, love."
"What?"
"You kept me calm and helped Tamar. Thank you," he kissed my cheek.
"I'm sorry your first dance didn't go too well."
"It's alright, thank you for being a part of it. You were amazing," he said making me blush.
"I love you."
"I love you too. Come on, let's go watch The Notebook," he smiled.
