Johnny Mac BB17: Secret Showmance

Chapter four

John's P.O.V.

I woke up the next morning to the sound of the BB producers blasting a song that I don't know the name of. This means I have one hour to be ready for the nomination ceremony, but there isn't anything to worry about, because Steve and Austin are going on the block and not me.

I noticed Liz and Austin both going into the bathroom to get ready so I snuck up to see Emma.

She was already showered and ready to go but she had a worried look on her face.

"What's wrong, lady?" I asked her

"John! I don't want to ever do anything behind your back. I know we agreed on putting Steve up, but I have a new plan."

"You want to put me up." I said plainly "Emma I know you wouldn't ever try and hurt me, what's the plan?"

This is how we function in this game. One of us has a plan that is better for us to get to the end and we put it in motion.

"If I put you on the block next to Austin instead of Steve then we kill two birds with one stone, we show the other side that we aren't working together, and we show Steve that we have his back and that you are willing to be a pawn over him. Of course, Austin is going to think he is the pawn so I'm going to pretend that you are my target."

I stared at her as she spoke game and I found it really sexy. I snapped out of it right as she said I was her target because she looked like she was in pain.

"Emma." I kissed her "don't let your emotions take over, it's late in the game and this whole ride has been stressful but you have been running a marathon and now this last stretch is going to be a sprint. I am winning that HOH next week and you are going to be safe."

"You think I didn't think over the possibilities of next week yet? If you don't win that leaves Steve or Liz. If Steve wins, he's going to put up me and Liz and if Liz wins veto we get split up, and the same goes for Liz winning HOH, we either win out or we get split up."

I shook my head.

"Let's not think about next week, let's think about this week, we have to keep the veto out of Austin's hands."

Just as we were discussing the veto, Liz walked in.

"Oh hi, John." She gave me a dirty look as if she was better than me. I laughed.

"Emma do you know what you're doing with nominations yet, we have a half an hour."

"Can you send Austin up, I want to give him the same courtesy I just gave John." She said to Liz

"I'll go get him." I said giving me an excuse to leave the room so Emma could tell Liz all about how I begged not to go up and how she had to tell me point blank that I was going up.

I walked downstairs and went into the Comic Room where Austin was laying back down.

"Austin, Emma wants to see you up in the HOH room, Man she is a bitch sometimes." I laughed on the inside, I love calling her names in front of people because they always tell her what I said and when she hears about it she has to pretend to be offended but really takes it as a compliment.

Austin stood up.

"Why am I going up?"

"I'm not really sure what's on her mind, she told me she has no other option except to put me up, I was assuming it was going to be with Steve but I don't know." I said.

Austin stormed out of the room.
