Have you ever woken up in the morning and seen a ghost sitting in your computer chair? Well I have and you want to know what the scary part is? No, not the ghost in my chair. The fact that a ghost in my chair didn't even top the 15 strangest things...
Hello Once Again My Amazing Readers! I want to remind you guys that I love hearing comments and even suggestions you might have and don't for get to vote for me. *wink* Okay on to this chapter, I finally got the chance to write a longer chapter, so yay! I know the first two parts were more serious (especially the prologue), so I wanted to introduce the main character on a funny note. I'm also finally introducing the main character. I know, what kind of author am I to wait until the second chapter to even introduce the main character, but finally here she is. I'm sure most of you have experienced this first part of the chapter and I hope it makes you laugh.

If that noise continued to go off, I was goingto throw the darn thing out the window, whether the window was open or not. Alarm clocks are my mortal enemy and each morning it reminds me of just that. Sometimes, Sometimes I just wish I had powers, like the kickass girls who save the world in my books. A power that I could use to hit the button on the stupid alarm clock. A power that I could use to pause time right in that moment before you're fully awake, when you can't remember yesterday and you're not thinking about today. Sometimes I just wish that I was more than the boring girl who reads books in the corner.
Grunting with the impossible task of sitting up in bed after an amazing night of sleep, I keep my eyes closed against the light shining through my window, that I of course forgot to pull the curtains on before I went to bed. I swing my legs over the side of the bed in my best impression of slow motion and sluggishly slide out of bed. I finally open my eyes, just enough to boarder the line between squinting and closing them altogether again. I raise my arms over my head and bend backwards in a stretch, only I just keep going and I fall back onto my bed. Yep, I am graceful!
I'm in trouble now, because seriously these sheets are a-maze-ing and the morning air is just cold enough to cause goosebumps to pop all over my arms and legs, but of course just as I'm about to fall back a sleep, that damn alarm clock starts yelling at me. I use my ninja skills to roll out of bed, only I probably should have but my feet on the ground first, I realize too late after I hit the floor with a loud thud. Seriously, this floor is exaggerating, because at my weight I should have landed on the floor with a small thud, if that, but no the floor makes a noise as if an elephant jumped on it. I pretty sure I just woke up everyone in the entire house.
I roll onto my stomach instead of my back. What's that saying? Once you're down, stay down? I do exactly that as I army crawl my way to the little robot devil that is still yelling at me. I reach my desk that hold the object of my mission. I put my hands flat against the floor on either side of my shoulder and push up, only my shoulders go up, but my legs, butt, and stomach stay down. I collapse back down, making yet another thud on the floor.
My bedroom door suddenly opens and my mom rushes in, "are you okay? I heard a bunch of loud banging." Her eyes go wide at the scene in front of her.
I am still staring at my mortal enemy with as much hatred as I can, but I manage to say, "Must kill," as I lift myself in what may resemble a push up if you squint from far away.
