◎Chapter 7◎The Intruder

They stared at the newcommer. It was a man, he was tall and skinny, and looked a bit old. He wore a black ANBU Black opps uniform with a fox mask and had dark brown sticking out of the mask.

"I see you are the famous 'Konoha 12+1' but unfortunately becoming minus one." Then he laughed hysterically.

"Oh the looks on your faces, such a expression."

"The only expression we will have is the expression of victory once we lay our hands on you." Kiba yelled and made his way to the window the man was pearched on and threw a sloppy punch only to be zapped by electricity.

'A barier He thought.

"Oh what's the matter. Can't let your victory slip through. Hahaha." The man laughed again.

"Who are you and what do you want?" Sakura asks a little shaken.

"Oh so you want to know who I am now. Well fine then, I am Kotashika Makinto." Then he takes off his mask. Showing a green eyed, wrinkled prune with a huge scar crossing from the right side of his right eye to his upper lip. "The person Uzumaki warned you about." He said the the agape mouthed teens.

"You---" Sasuke managed to say.

"Me? Oh yes! I was only the guy he had his eyes on for a while. I remember him say; 'Sakura-chan stay clear of a brown haired,skinny freak.'" He says while trying to imitate Naruto's voice. "It was quite insulting by the way. So I pressume all of you didn't take his suspictions seriously." Then smiled maniacly.

"You son of a bitch! I know you are responsible on what happened to Naruto! I know that he suspected you as a traitor!" Sikamaru shouted at him but was cut off short.

"Oh, but did you believe him... No. Hahaha no! No you did not believe in him. Ha! Poor little chilren." He laughes at them again.

"Why the hell are you laughing at us?" Kiba shouted.

"Because you wasted all your chances." He explained with a wide grin plastered on his face.

"What the heck do you mean?" Neji asked calmly.

"Let's start from the beginning shall we?" Then he began to explain.

"I first met him months before Payn attacked Konoha. He was on his way to Tsunade's office when I bumped into him.
FLASHBACK.....

Makinto was on his way to the secret headquarters of Danzo underneath the hokage tower, carying some of the most valuable scrolls ever to be made in konoha. It's contents were the key to Danzo's master plan.

He carefully made his way throughout the tower without a sound. Unfortunately by the te he took a right in one of the cornered halls a certain blonde knocked him over and toppled over all the scrolls he once had in his arms.

"Oh! I'm so sorry mister. I was in a hurry you see. Here! Let me help." Naruto apologizes as he picks up the scrolls one by one.

"No! I mean it's okay I can manage." The ANBU replied collecting the fallen scrolls. Once he gather he gathered some of the scrolls, one of them accidentally fell and rolled to the retreating genin. As the Uzumaki felt the scroll bump into the corner of his heel, he looked at what hit his foot only to see the scroll unrolled, showing a map of the secret passageway that leads outside Konoha from the black ANBU's headquarters. The Black ANBU did not notice the scrolls absence so he continued on gathering the fallen scrolls while Naruto picks up the scroll and stares at it. He may not have shown it to the adult but he knew completely what it was.

"What is this map? It looks like a sewer's drainage system. Hey old man where do you need...." Naruto started his façade of stupidity only to be stopped halfway through his idiotic peroration.

"Don't you touch valuable things without permission brat!" The man shouted at the blonde and snached the scoll away.

"I was just asking..." Naruto started only to be cut off again.

"A rhetorical question nothingless." He spat back then made his exit. After a few steps away he was once frozen, dead on his tracks when the Uzumaki called his name. The man gazed at Naruto who was currently glaring at him.

"Makinto-san, kindly inform Danzo-sama to watch his guard. Karma might backfire not a moment too soon." Then his emotions quickly shifted from serious to idiot once again.

"Bye! See you around old man!" The genin yelled then glared at him again. "I mean it." He whispered but enough to reach the ANBU's hearing then ran out of the place.

'H-how? W-what?'
