Luke's pov

"Uh dude, where is Emma!?" Calum yelled beside my head while I was taking another shot of vodka.

"Uh idk look around, see, I see her. She is dancing with some dude. She will be fine man don't worry" I knew that she would be fine as long as I kept my eye on her. I needed some water so that I could sober up a bit, I started to walk to the sink when Calum pulled me back.

"Uh I think that it won't be fine, cause look"  Calum pointed to the guy that was leading Emma to the stairs. SHIT. There was a lot of people but I made my way through the crowd fast enough and reached them before they got to the stairs and heard her saying let me go. I didn't think, I punched him in the face as hard as I could and he fell back. My hand hurt so bad, I knew that I would need some ice.  I was kind of proud of that punch on the inside, but that wasn't really important right now.

"WHAT THE FUCK EMILY? Come on" I grabbed her hand and took her outside where Calum was calling a cab for us. I should have been with her this whole time, then this wouldn't have happened.

"My name is not Emily, it's Emma. And that guy was a good dancer" For fuck sakes. I knew this would be a terrible idea to bring a girl who has never drank to a party.

"She is so drunk she doesn't even care that he almost took advantage of her, I told you Calum. I told you she couldn't handle coming to this party" I was upset about tonight and my hand really fucking hurt. The cab didn't take to long and soon we were at Calum's house after an awkwardly silent ride.

"Fuck. Fuck fuck fuck." Calum was now pacing back and fourth in his driveway and it was bothering me that he didn't just say what was bothering him.

"What, just say it" I was tired and I wanted to go to sleep. I wasn't trying to be an asshole.

"My parents are home. You guys can't stay here"

"What the fuck Calum? My house isn't an option and Emma sure as hell can't go to her house. What do you want us to do?" I was pissed off now. This night was supposed to be a good night and now it's shitty and we have no where to sleep.

"I don't know but figure it out, I have my own problems to solve, see you at school"  he spun around and entered his house, I heard yelling and decided that was my cue to leave with Emma.

"Let's go walk around for a little bit, I can try and sneak you into my house, but it's not late enough yet" I hoped that Emma was sober enough to understand what was going on.

"Okay Luke" she looked and gave me a warm smile. I never noticed how pretty her smile was until now, and she had gorgeous green eyes.

"Are you blushing? Luke, why are you blushing?" I'm not blushing. Why would I be blushing? Am I attracted to Emma? quickly thought of an excuse.

"No, I'm cold, we have been out here for a while now. We can probably go to my house now" I didn't live too far from Calum so it wasn't a long walk and we were there shortly. I took out the spare key from under the door mat and unlocked the door and then I placed it back under the mat. I told Emma to be quiet and she thank god that she did. Once we were in my room I turned on the light and pulled out some sweats and shirts for her.

"Okay I'm just going to go get changed in the bathroom, reme-okay or you can just get changed with me in front you" Emma has an amazing body. She was short and skinny but not too skinny.

"I don't care just get changed in here" Emma spoke softly, I think she was getting tired. I quickly got changed and then she got into bed as I tuned off the light. I slowly crawled into my side of the bed for tonight and faced her way.

"Sorry if I ruined you night Luke and possibly broke your hand." she whispered to me looking at me in the eyes. Damn, she was even gorgeous in the dark.

"You didn't, my hand doesn't even hurt anymore" I lied. "My night was okay. Just try and get some sleep now Emily" she turned around and I don't know why but I put my arm around her and I felt the most comfortable I've been in a long time.
