Chapter Twenty One: Come and..Go

The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and Jenna's happiness scale was WAY above average. Currently, the pink haired goth stood on the sidewalk, admiring the view of her lovely neighborhood.

Traveling past her, a florist was giving out free bouquets of exotic Lilies. She handed out one of the elegant bouquets to Jenna who instantly thanked her. With the flowers in hand, a wonderful vista to admire, and the cheerfulness of the people surrounding her, Jenna could not be happier.

Jenna pulled her attention to the pretty bouquet of flowers, to which she was holding and inhaled them deeply. The girl then let out a happy sigh, "Ah, another lovely morning!" She spoke with a smile.

The neighborhood was flowing with many friendly faces, which Jenna greeted with a hug.

"Hey Dani!!" She responded in a sing-song voice as a little boy wearing a blue cap skated by. "Mike, Dean, Joseph!! What's up dudes?"

"Nothin' much, except the guys and I are goin' to catch some waves. See ya later, Duddette!"

With that being said, the three boys and their surfboards marched off along the sunny path.

The pale goth was too happy to notice that she was skipping...but when she did.. "Woah..what has gotten into me?" She asked herself as she paused in her skips. A delightful sigh escaped her mouth, as she remembered why she was all sunshine and rainbows. "Wally.."

While some were having the best morning ever, some were having the worst.

This simply had to do with the fact that they were stranded in the middle of nowhere. With nothing to drink or eat, it had become extremely miserable. Some were more miserable than others though, and this had to do with a little something like the 'Beast' being unleashed.

In this case, Rachel had become the most miserable. She had become the unwilling victim of the 'Beast'.

"Ew! Stop that!!" She demanded strictly as she wiped her arm on Karen's shirt, "My arm...is NOT food."

"Well, if I don't eat something soon, you won't be here to argue!" He confirmed as he narrowed his eyes. Rachel then scooted away from him. She didn't have the patience to deal with him. To her, he wasn't worth any of her time.

Vic sprung up from his long nap as he heard the song, 'Happy' jingle from Karen's pocket. He widened his eyes as he noticed the continuous drool that was spilling from his mouth, and he wiped it. Eight times.

The larger teen then set his focus back upon the upbeat song coming from Karen's pocket. He bent down to his girlfriend and stuffed his large hand in her tight pocket. It was a struggle, but Vic managed to take hold of none other than Karen's phone.

His jaw sprung open as he looked at the name of the caller. "Who the hell is Roy?!" He questioned softly with gritted teeth. The boy then swiped his finger against the screen and answered the call.

"H-hey, you better stop calling, or else Imma kick yo butt! I'm not afraid to do it, so stay away from my girl!!! And, while your at it, delete her phone number from your contacts and memory! Goodby-!"

"-I have no idea what you're talking about, dude. I'm not a threat to you, and I was actually just going to ask if you guys need a ride."

A puzzled expression came upon his face, but it disappeared immediately when Vic lifted his gaze only to find a boy waving down at him from the highway. "A ride would be nice.."
