It was already the start of September and Liam still hasn't been enrolled. Since both of his parents are busy and nothing new is been happening lately, he volunteered to go to school and enroll himself instead. He grabbed his report card and the check Karen gave him then placed it inside his bag before going out of the house with the keys in his pockets and the doors locked. Liam gave Dean a little pat in the doghouse before walking to the nearest bus stop.

As Liam walked slowly, his thoughts wandered to Niall. Usually, they would go outside together but when Liam called yesterday, Niall said that he would be joining his father today at work. The brown-haired boy felt sad but just joked about how Niall would see Triple G in a suit all day. Liam was happy for his friend, he really was. But he couldn't help but feel sad about Mr. Styles being away. What if he finds a better lover? What if he won't come back? What if he becomes sick of a relationship and decides to break up? The possibilities are endless. Nevertheless, Liam just shook his head and sighed. Things like that couldn't be avoided at all and if Mr. Styles does find someone better, who is he to judge?

. . .

As the 15 yr. old lad reached his school campus, he couldn't help but feel thrilled in a way. Sure, there would be lots of assignments and tests but he would get to talk to his friends and meet new ones on the way. He also couldn't wait to do those big activities that would need the whole class to participate. There would be so many things to do and that's just what he needed. Distraction has now become more of a necessity for Liam ever since Mr. Styles came along. The lad didn't want to think about the adult every second of every day. He understands that all of them have their own lives and problems so he didn't want to act clingy. Also, Mr. Styles is an adult so Liam has to act like one too if he wants to be together with him longer. His last text with him was 2 days ago; Harry replied but Liam figured he would just read it after 2-3 days because that's what "adults" do, right?

Liam walked to the Registration office first before going to the cashier to pay for his tuition fee. Before he knew it, he was already on the way home with his cellphone in his hand. Should he look at the message already or not? If he does, he won't be able to ignore it and would reply immediately. Well, it has been two days after all.

Once he arrived at the house, he gave Deanie a big rub on the stomach before going to to the door. Liam unlocked the door and immediately went to the couch. He did a breathing exercise before opening the message he (maybe ) waited for so long.

mr. styles: you already have me.

And that was it.

All it took was one sentence for Liam's heart to beat fast. For his ears to turn red, for his whole body to feel warm and for his feelings to get all crazy.

He put his phone down carefully and lied down on the couch with his eyes closed. He just wanted to savor the moment because everything inside him felt jittery. It's silly how Mr. Styles could affect him even in the smallest things. Just then, the doorbell rang. Liam raised his brow since it was too early for his mom to come home and his dad was on a business trip. He walked to the window and took a little peak but he couldn't see anyone. The brunette-haired lad walked slowly to the door and opened it.
