Chapter 13

Liam was in a daze when Niall went back. He was daydreaming about Mr. Styles again and to be completely honest, he's been doing that often lately. Whether it was unhealthy or even downright weird, it was something hard to stop. His senses came back when he heard Dean barking repeatedly; and that's when he saw a flustered Niall in front of him, looking like the lad was about to cry.



"Ni-... ni! Are you alright?" Liam immediately stood up and touched Niall's cheek.




"I—we.. we're not safe here.." Niall shakily whispered before forcing the other to go back home. Liam on the other hand, immediately agreed and was still curious as to why Niall was so frightened and that's when it hit him- Zayn must've payed a little visit. Liam fastened his pace and even carried Deanie and it wasn't long before they got back to the house.

Both of them went inside and made sure to lock the door before going up to Liam's room.

"Triple G... he- he came back.." Niall looked at Liam, "a-and he just..he-"

"He didn't hurt you, did he?" By this time, Liam didn't really care; he just wanted to punch Zayn so bad now even though it's wrong and he's Mr. Styles best friend.

The blond-haired boy shook his head and covered looked down at the floor, "He t-touched my dick and I just don't—" He stopped as he started to mess his hair involuntarily. "I just don't know what to do and he was mad because I didn't reply but I was just so scared and he touched me down there and it frightened me so much."

Liam just had this shocked expression on his face, not knowing how to react. "But, are you- are you alright?"

Niall nodded, his face completely red. "I just, I'm scared but I think I like him because I felt this spark and I'm just... I'm confused because why would he notice someone like me but he's just really, really scary." He started to ramble and Liam couldn't help but chuckle a bit because of his cuteness.

"You should probably text him so he won't  chase you down, okay? Just remember to call me immediately if you see him so I could go right away if you feel uncomfortable." Liam hugged him. "I completely understand but if he continues like that, I think I can make Mr. Styles talk to him, okay?" He whispered while soothing Niall.

"Okay.." Niall nodded rapidly before hugging back. "I think he already chased me down and I'm just so confused right now.."

"Shhh.." Liam kissed Niall's cheek. "We're both confused. Why don't we just enjoy the day and then I can walk you back to your house. Is that alright?"

The blond-haired boy finally smiled, "Of course!" Maybe that's all he needed right now; happiness and distraction.

"Bye Liam! Thanks for today." Niall waved back and walked inside his house before running to his room. He immediately pulled out his phone and found out that he had 3 new messages.

zayn:  hey niall


zayn: are you planning to be a naughty boy again?


zayn: i wouldn't like that ;)

Niall felt his ears turn red. He immediately replied, hoping that he won't see Triple G outside his balcony or something.

niall:  um

niall: hi

niall: i'm sorry for replying late. i was at liam's.

 

He decided to be conservative and not to reveal much information as much as possible. Even though Triple G is really handsome and not to mention, smart and just perfect- Niall couldn't help but not trust the man completely. There's just something about Zayn that makes him scared or rather weak.




zayn: nah it's okay.

zayn: so how are you doin?

niall: i'm doing fine.

niall: how about you?

zayn: with harry

zayn: having a sleepover with him

niall: that's cool

zayn: you're cool

niall: and you're hot

niall: i mean in a very good way, i'm so sorry

By this time, Niall just didn't know what to do. He hoped the man would get it as a joke and so far, he thinks he's a bit cool too and not scary-like.

Maybe things could work out.
