Life's a series of ups and downs
Problems take us down, like there's no hope found
And people around us lighten our feelings
And they say that life is worth living.
In every competition,
There's a winner and a challenger
There are no losers in a competition but there are challengers that gives us motivation
To continue and do our best even more than before
To get success which is at the peak
You need to lose and you need to seek
You have to seek guidance of the Lord
And say to your self that your contented of what you labored
Tell Him that you want Him to be by your side at all times
Beg Him to be there even if you lose or win
Because what you need most is not winning but guidance and presence of mind
God will always be there, through thick and thin.
Remember that life can be unfair
That whatever you do, you were never the winner
All things are made with a reason
Maybe God did that to you because He wants you to learn a lesson
Don't blame Him of your defeat
Thank Him instead, that you had the chance to compete
Sadness is always repaid with happiness
Do your best at all times and your sacrifice will be repaid because you're bless

On how you can stay strong and do your best
Maybe He's testing our attitude in times when we feel our less
Because remember defeat is not the opposite of success, but defeat is part of success.
