12. The Engagement Party (part 2)

Jessica PoV

I stood in the corner of the room talking with one of Simons work colleagues but I wasn't really paying much attention to anything she was saying. I was just thinking about how my first encounter with Harry would be like.
"So Jessica can you sing?" The lady who worked for Simon said to me snapping me out of my daydream.
"ERGH not really," I stuttered
I can sing but she doesn't need to know that.

"JESSICA!" I heard somebody shout. I looked to my right and saw Harry walking across the room.
Oh God. I can't deal with this right now.

Gotta Zayn. (A.N I couldn't help but make this joke ahaha)

I turned round and ran straight up the stairs and into my bedroom.

I sat down on the bed and put my head in my hands. I can't believe this time a month ago I was a FANGIRL over One Direction and now I'm running away from one of there members...

*KNOCK
*KNOCK

It's Harry.
"Jess please answer the door. I need to explain myself to you." He said.

I'm going to have to let him in a some point anyway so it might as well be now.
I get up from the bed and my heels clomp across the floor. I turn the door knob to see Harry standing there in a suit.
OH MY GOD INNER FANGIRL COMING OUT OMF GOD HE LOOKS SO HOT HE LOOKS LIKE A PRINCE FROM A BLOODY DISNEY FILM FOR GOODNESS SAKE!

JESS SNAP THE HELL OUT OF IT YOUR MEANT TO BE ANNOYED WITH HIM.

"Um Harry you don't need to explain yourself to me. I understand I was just another fan and you couldn't be bothered with me its all alright..." I said to him
"Jess no you don't understand. Your mum made me not take you on a date because she said didn't want me messing your life up."he blurted out.

Seriously this was all because of my mum. I'm 19 years old and almost 20. She has no right to get involved in life. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH HER!

I could feel myself getting angry. I need to go and find her.
Harry could tell.
He stepped close to me so there was almost no room between us.

"Jess babe listen just calm down alright," he said in a calming tone and put his hand on my cheek.
"I'm so so sorryyyy," he whispered as his gaze drifted to my lips.
Oh my god is he going to kiss me. I can't believe people use to think this boy was a player who just used to use women. He's one of the most sensitive people ever.
He began to lean in.

THIS IS ACTUALLY REAL OMG.

His lips met mine without me having time to comprehend how to respond. His lips are so soft omg. DONT FANGIRL JESSICA.
I move my lips in sync with his and wrapped my arms around his neck. 
This felt so right and I don't even know why. This is Harry Styles.
We carried on kissing in the middle of the room when suddenly the door swung open to see somebody standing there...
