Cameron's * POV *
I go in my room and lay on my bed. I just lay there and think about Aliah. I think about her and Sammy and what she said about him earlier.
She said he was attractive. Did she really mean that? Or was she trying to mess with me or something? I sit there and think about it for a while.
I just keep thinking about her and Sammy together. I don't even know what they're doing right now. I grit my teeth and clench my jaw. I take a deep breath and try to take my mind off of it.
I get up and change into basket ball shorts and a muscle tee. I put on socks and grab my nikes. I grab my phone and earbuds and walk downstairs.
" I'm going to the gym " I say to Melina. " ok. " she says. I grab my keys and walk out the door.
After Gym
I walk in the door and go straight to the shower. I take a shower and change into sweatpants. I put on a different tshirt and lay down on my bed.
I start thinking about Sammy and Aliah. I sit up and run my hands through my hair. They're probably just eating or something.
I start shaking my leg and chew the corner of my lip. I get up and run down stairs.
I see Melina watching tv and walk in front of it. " um, do you need something " she says. " do you think Aliah and Sammy would.... I don't know, like maybe..... Do anything ?" I say.
" what? Are they hanging out or something " she says. I nod. She furrows her eyebrows. " no. She wouldn't do that. Wait, do you think Sam would. " she says worried.
Shit. " no. He wouldn't do that either " I say. I slowly back up towards the door. " so I'm going to get something to eat. " I say. " ok bye " she says watching tv again.
I run out of the door and start my car. I feel bad for lying to Melina but I don't want to worry her.
I drive straight to Sammy's and get out of my car. I don't even close my door or turn the car off. I knock on the door and no one answers. Why isn't anyone answering. I knock again and I see Sam look through the window.
He opens the door and I barge in. I look around for Aliah and see her sitting on the couch with a controller in her hands, in a ball, with like 4 blankets wrapped around her. Her hair is up in a messy bun and she's staring at the tv screen.
" OOOO COME AT ME SAMMY I JUST SHOT YO ASS " she says throwing her hands up. " That's not fair, I had to answer the door!! " he says taking the controller out of her hands. She laughs and puts a piece of popcorn in her mouth.
She looks so cute. She looks at me and smiles that award winning smile. She gets up and runs to me. She wraps a blanket around me and kisses me. " hey " she says pulling away.
I smile. " hey " I say wrapping my arms around her waist. I look at Sam and see him looking at her butt. I clench my jaw and spin her around so that he can't see her butt.
I glare at Sammy. He scratches the back of his neck and shrugs. He mouths sorry and I laugh. He smiles and sits on the couch. We walk to the couch and sit down.
" What are you guys playing " I say putting my hand on Aliah's thigh. She looks at me and I wink at her. She laughs and rolls her eyes.
" COD " Sammy says. I nod. " what did you come over for? " Aliah says. Oh shit. " uhh, I just wanted to see if...uhh... You were hungry. Ya, that's it. " I say lying.
