I decided to leave the room. Aspen and Sage were asleep and Galen wasn't here. I couldn't take being in the hospital anymore. It reminded me of my past. The time I never want to go back to, A time Ive tried to forget.

I walked down the long narrow halls reaching the end and sitting, back against the wall, head rested on my knees. Thinking. Think. Focus.

Galen. Hot. Older. Why! I can't be with Galen. It's too hard and it was never gonna work out anyways.

Sage. Amazing. gorgeous. Loveable. I couldn't live without her.

Aspen. Smart. Awkward. Funny. Ginger. I love her like a sister. I could never let her go.

Asher. Cheater. Hate. Like. Love. I can't. No way. I couldn't forgive him, could I?

Me. Stupid. Annoying. Secret. Slow. Pain. Death. Sick. My disease that kills me from the inside out.

I haven't told anyone about it. I can't stand people giving sympathy for the poor sick girl! This ain't TFIOS! I'm never gonna have an epic romance before I go which could be anytime! This is reality! I can't tell anyone about this. I love the girls but I don't want to ruin their summer by saying "hey I might die anyday now!"

I looked up from my thoughts to see Asher.

"Ash I can't do this right now... Please!"

"Scarlet I need to tell you something important..."

"What Asher"

"Scar, you are the only girl I've actually truly liked. I know I can't make you forgive me but I just want you to know I'm not lying to you. This is tearing me apart not being able to see you constantly not talking to you. I can't do it anymore Scarlet, just please talk to me!"

"Ash I can't right now! You don't understand!"

"Then make me understand! Tell me what's tearing you up!"

"I can't tell you! I can't tell anyone! I can't okay! Just please give me time! I have to go!"

I ran down the hallway crying. I found an empty room and started crying an hyperventilating. I wasn't getting enough blood flow thanks to my condition. Eventually it was all blackness....
