Finally feeling loved

"Adam, you always have the sweetest words to make a girl feel good. But, you love me as a friend or a person you work with. I want to be loved much more than that."-Rebel

"Who said I loved you as a friend?"-Adam

Rebel's eyes widened.

"Adam, what are you saying?"-Rebel

"I'm saying...(pause) come here Rebel"-Adam

Adam grabs her shoulders and pulls them both into a deep kiss. Neither of them broke the kiss. Adam began to tilt his head, Rebel doing the same to deepen the kiss even more. Adam puts his hand at the back of her neck. Rebel's hand raising to his cheek. They both pulled away when the need for air became too much. They looked into each other's eyes with smiles on both their faces. Rebel finally feeling loved by someone.

"Rebs will you go out with me?"

As Rebel was about to answer, her phone beeped alerting her of a text message.

Mickey: Hey Rebel, where are you? I miss you baby. Please come home. Love you.

Rebel was reminded that she still had a boyfriend. And she just kissed Adam.

"Is everything okay Rebs?"

Rebel looks up at him then runs away.

"Rebel" Adam shouts out to her.

She turns to look at him. And Adam feels bad kissing her knowing she had a boyfriend

"I'm sorry for kissing you Rebel"-Adam

" No I wanted to, too. I'm just confused right now. I need time to think."-Rebel

Rebel heads back towards the door

"I love you, Rebel!" -Adam

She turns back and gives him a reassuring smile then leaves. Adam standing alone.

"I love you rebel" he whispers to himself then he heads to his car to go home.
