To the love of my life

After her bad dream a couple of hours ago, Rebel couldn't really sleep. She was afraid that she would have another bad dream. She just held her fiancé really close. She realized that tomorrow is never guaranteed. She wanted to show Adam how much he really means to her. But how? Then it clicked. She's gonna take him to the Clippers game. But first she needs to get the tickets. She went online and bought the tickets and printed them out and put them in an envelope. And wrote "To the love of my life". Then She went downstairs and started cooking breakfast to make Adam breakfast in bed. She finished making breakfast and put it on a platter and placed the envelope on the platter. Rebel walked to the room. Adam was moving around slowly waking up.

"Good morning babe"-Rebel

"Morning sexy"-Adam

Rebel walked closer to the bed and Adam sat up. She placed the breakfast on his lap.

"What's all this babe?"-Adam

"Just thought you deserved some breakfast in bed"-Rebel

"Thank you baby"-Adam pecked her lips

Adam began to eat and then he noticed the envelope.

"To the love of my life"-Adam read the envelope. "What's this?"-Adam

"Open it"-Rebel

Adam opened the envelope and read the tickets. His face in shock.

"No way!(Rebel smiled with a nod). No way!!Babe!!!The Clippers!!"-Adam

"Yes my love I'm taking you to the Clippers game. Cause I want to show you how much I appreciate you and I know you love the Clippers. "-Rebel

Adam grabbed Rebel and pulled her on him. And started kissing her all over her face.

"Thank you so much my love I'm so excited"-Adam

"You're welcome baby"-Rebel

"But why are you doing this?"-Adam

"Why not? I love you. And you deserve to go"-Rebel

"I really don't deserve you. I love you so much. I can't believe I'm going to the Clippers game with my fiancé"-Adam

"Speaking of fiancé, I'm also taking you because I want us to have lots of fun before we have to plan the wedding"-Rebel

"Of course my love. But The sooner the better. With you as my wife that will be my final dream to come true"-Adam

"Oh Adam. They don't make them like you anymore. I'm so lucky I have the last great guy on the planet"-Rebel

"Well I can't argue with that"-Adam kissed her lips

"So what time does the game start?"-Adam

"Um.. At 7"-Rebel

"Cool. I get to relax all day with my bae"-Adam

"Baby did you just call me bae?"-Rebel

"Yeah(Adam laughed). I'm so hip"-Adam

They both laughed.

"Baby, do you mind if I go to sleep for a little while? I didn't go back to sleep after the dream I had last night."-Rebel began to tear up again

"No,No baby don't cry. Everything's gonna be okay baby. Come here and go to sleep"-Adam

"Thank you baby"-Rebel

"Babe can I put the tv on while you sleep. I promise it won't be loud. If not I could just go to the living room"-Adam

"No don't worry about it. I rather sleep with the TV on than without you by my side"-Rebel

"Okay think of me as your body pillow. Get comfortable my love"-Adam

Rebel nuzzled in his side. As Adam watched tv he noticed Rebel asleep in his arms. He kissed her cheek and continued to watch tv. He looked at her every now and then. He loved her so much.

A couple of hours later, Rebel woke up alone. She got up and went to the kitchen to get a water. When she got to the kitchen, she found a rose with a note.

"Good morning baby. Hope you slept well. I just went out to get some things for the Clippers game tonight. I love you forever and always babe. -your fiancé."-Rebel read the note and smelled the rose and smiled.

A few minutes later. Adam came through the door.

"Is that you baby?"-Rebel

"Yes my love, I'm home. Come here for a second babe"-Adam

Rebel went to the living room.

"What's up babe?"-Adam gave her a quick kiss when she came into the room.

"I bought us Clippers jerseys"-Adam

"How fun. I love it"-Rebel

"I knew you would"-Adam

"So what time is it?I'm so excited for the game"-Adam

"It's 4:30. We should start getting ready. It's an hour drive."-Rebel

Adam clapped his hands rapidly like a child. Rebel couldn't help but laugh.

When they finished getting ready they got in the car and this time Rebel drove them. Adam drives all the time she wanted to give him a break. When they got to the Staples center they entered and took their seats. They spent the whole time cheering and chanting. They had so much fun. Rebel drove them back home.

"Thank you so much for an amazing day"-Adam

"Of course my love. Anything for you"-Rebel

They got home and had a very late dinner. They watched movies and laughed and talked and kissed. They were just enjoying the night. Rebel saw Adam getting tired and his eyes trying so hard to stay open.

"Are you tired babe?"-Rebel

"Psssh. No I'm wide awake"-Adam

"No you're tired baby. Let's go to sleep"-Rebel

"Thank you"-Adam

Rebel and Adam made their way to the bed. Adam's head resting on her chest. Rebel playing with his hair until he fell asleep. Rebel smiled and fell asleep with her man in her arms.
