The life of a prince was very exhausting as Zoe found out. It was a real pity her life wasn't. It truly was a man's world so instead spent most of her time at the orphanage with her personal guard at Kahlil's insistence when not at the orphanage she visited hospitals or watched her husband play polo, heart in her throat as he galloped across the field, mallet swinging. He was good like so many others things he did but he was happiest when playing sports or with his people. As for Palace business it bored him leaving that to his brother, though did attend diplomatic dinners like tonights.

After winning his match, receive his awards, they headed back to the city palace to soak in a spa together, Zoe leaning back against his shoulder, his arms around her waist as his lips skimmed across her neck. He brought up a leg at her side to be caressed by her hand over and around to hold.

His hand caressed upwards between the valleys of her breast to spread across her chest and up around her throat. Stopping under her chin to turn her to him as his lips met hers to cradle the side of her face in his hand. Moaning she opened to him accepting his tongue with her, tasting, teasing, dancing as his other hand caressed over hip as she twisted into his form sliding an arm around his neck to hold him to her. As things began to heat up they left the spa to roughly dry each other to tumble down onto their bed where Kahlil enjoyed his greatest award of all. His woman.

Slipping in the last earring of the matching set she looked up into the mirror. Kahlil always blew her away with his generosity, her fingers touching the pearl, diamond and ruby necklace suspending a drop-shaped natural pearl pendent with matching earrings and head piece, though her eyes diverted via the mirror to Kahlil as he stepped up behind her to kiss her bare shoulder from the off the shoulder dress. She stood and turned to pull his golden thawb into place over his pure white dress robe then run hands over his broad shoulders looking every bit the desert prince he was in full traditional royal attire, keffiyeh in place. "My desert sheikh," she purred.

Golden eyes gleamed at her, placing hands on her bare shoulders drawing her eyes to his. "As you are my dazzling angel," he smiled trailing his hands down her arms to take hold her hands and brought up to kiss.

"Are you up to this babe?" she asked concerned. It had been a busy day, playing polo was full on.

"Of course," he guided her close up against his body. "Why? Do you have other plans my love?"

"Oh Kahlil," she laughed with delight. "I thought you would've had your fill."

"Never my love, I could never get enough of you. Shall we play hooky?" She sighed to lean against him closing her eyes. How easy it was to say yes.

"What would Assad say to such things Kahlil?"

He growled deep in his throat. "Hunt us down and drag us to it."

"So I guess we have no choice." Reluctantly she pulled away to go and find her champagne colour high heels to slip on then went to join her husband and head to the grand ballroom where the reception was being held before they dinned in the great dinning room.

Once announced they entered to mingle with the gathering of diplomats from all over the world Zoe always at her husband side while he did the rounds only to pause at Bella's side to be hugged and kissed.

"I don't know if I'd ever get used to this," she whispered.

"Like you getting married and didn't invite your best friend," Bella noted rising a brow who was still miffed by it all.

"Had nothing to do with me Bella and I'm happy," she pointed out.

Bella softened. "I know you are sweetie, any fool can see that and I'm happy for you. I just wanted to see you all in white."
