Applejack's POV
Applejack sat in class, it was kind of like her old school. But, every school is boring. Though she kept on thinking about that hug...well forced hug with Rarity. Was it bad that she kinda liked it? Then a new thought came to her mind, did rarity like it? She wasn't paying any attention to the lesson, she was too busy thinking about that forced hug and if rarity liked it.
'No,' She thought to herself 'She's obviously gonna turn out straight...don't waste your time applejack'
Applejack sighed. The class was finally over, she stood up and gathered her things. She was about to walk to her next class when she felt a hand go on her shoulder. She looked over her shoulder and saw rarity. She tried her best not to blush.
"Sorry for the interruption." She gave a friendly smile.
Applejack took rarity's hand off her shoulder. "You didn't interrupt anythin' "
"Ah, well..." Rarity sighed. "Listen, I know we got off on a bad star-"
"It's fine! Ya'll can go off now!" Applejack didn't feel like talking about her rudeness. She turned around, but rarity made her way in front of her.
"It's rude to interrupt applejack," she said in her annoying, yet sweet fancy tone.
Applejack grunted in response.
"Well, as I was trying to say...I'd like to give this friendship a try." She smiled again. "I know we came off on a bad start, but I'd like to be your friend."
Applejack raised an eyebrow. "What's this about?"
Rarity sighed. "I am trying to be nice here applejack, you're making this quite hard."
"Fine fine, we can try to be friends...happy?"
"Happy as ever!" Rarity giggled a bit. "Ta-ta!"
At that applejack blushed furiously, she turned back around and kept walking. She knew now...that she had a huge crush, on a girl she's barely met.
Sorry that it's short, but I hope you guys will like it!
Your friend,
