"Claire,"
"Yes, Ciel?"
"Please, take Elizabeth to the garden. The roses look quite beautiful today."
Present
Claire POV
~ Le Time Skip ~ brought to by Earl Grey tea (this time skip skips from the end of last chapter to the day after)
"Yesterday went perfectly! Aren't you proud of us, Ciel?"
"Claire, I'm very proud of you, and I'm happy that the luncheon went well. However I'm rather frustrated because I couldn't get any information about Noah's Ark from the damned spider or from Lau."
Ciel is scowling at a scone when Sebastian strides in with a silver tray. (That alliteration though!) Upon further investigation, I find a letter resting on it. Ciel takes the letter, and his eyes widen after he sees the seal.
"Ciel? What is it?"
"The Queen is 'asking' a favor of me. Sebastian."
"Yes, My Lord?"
"Go to London, and gather information."
Ciel thrusts the letter in Sebastian's face. He explains the mission, and sends him on his way. Ciel then turns his attention to me.
A/N sorry I know it's a super short chapter but I'm setting up some stuff! Also go read my new kuroshitsuji fanfic!!! That's right skittles! I'm going to attempt to write two stories at once... Wish me luck?!
