Chapter 8 The Surprises Keep Coming

Ciara's POV

When we got to the doctors office, I told the receptionist about my appointment and she sent me on in.

Me-Mom dad can you watch the kids for me?

Shawn-Yes of course

Me and Roc went into the office, and sat down across from the doctor.

Doc-So Miss Simmons what are you in here for today?

Me-Umm I don't believe it's nothing serious but I've been throwing up a lot lately and I think I have a stomach flu or something

Doc-Hmm have you had any sexual activity in the last few weeks?

Me-Umm baby what would say about six weeks ago

Roc-Just about Yea

Me-Six weeks

Doc-Well Miss Simmons you're pregnant  

Me-No I'm not I can't be. I mean Roc you pulled out didn't you?

Roc-I think I don't really remember

Me-Do you know how many weeks I am?

Doc-We can do a ultrasound and find out

Doc-Ok lay back

I did as told and I lifted up my shirt, then he put the jell on my stomach and moved it around with the ultrasound thingy. My stomach appeared on the screen and so did a very very tiny baby.

Doc-Well you look about four weeks

Me-Four weeks? That's-

I stopped because yes it was possible that I was four weeks pregnant but not by Roc.

Me-Ok Thank you

Doc-Yup

He left and I sat there for a minute not believing that this is happening.

Roc-Baby?

Me-Mmm

Roc-What's wrong?

Me-The baby i-isn't yours

Roc-What? Ciara you cheated on me?

Me-No umm I got raped by Prince remember four weeks ago

Roc-So the baby is his?

Me-Yea

Roc-What are we gonna do?

Roc-What makes you think he'll talk to you

Me-I don't know but I gotta try I mean he may have raped me but he deserves to know

Roc-I guess

Me-Well come on cause I'm hungry

We walked out to the waiting room where my parents were waiting for us along with the kids.

Shawn-So what's wrong with you?

Me-I don't want a I told you so but I'm pregnant again
