My wife got pregnant and we were thrilled! I wanted a daughter, and she wanted a son. We decided to wait to find out the gender and see who "won". Though, it was only us being silly, we really didn't mind either way, as long as the baby was healthy.
7 months later, my wife went into a early labor, but didn't make it out. I was devasted, but I know had a baby daughter to take care of.
I was tucking her in one night when she asked "do you miss mommy?"
I smiled, "of course I do, but I know she's watching you and wishing she could tell you how much she loved you."
"That's not true daddy!" She pouted. Confused, I asked "what do you mean?"
"She didn't want me,"
"No, honey, she wanted you, she would of loved you!'
"she didn't want me," she said, "that's why I killed her."
