When Ivan finally arrived at the building where the meeting was being held, he let out a tired sigh and stepped out of the car. He was not looking forward to today. America was always calling him a Communist, and it always hurt that no one corrected him. He also had another problem, a certain Chinese man by the name of Yao. Ivan had a big crush on Yao, but he never seemed to notice. Maybe it was because every time Ivan tried to speak to him, Ivan would blush a vibrant red color and start stuttering.
Then, when Ivan finally worked up the courage to say something, someone would come and divert Yao's attention. It was quit frustrating. If you have ever had a crush on someone, then you will understand what I mean. He wanted to be able to talk to Yao and get to know him. He wanted to show him that he was actually a sweetheart, and would never harm anyone. Maybe today would be the day.
