EVERYBODY SCREAM
okay so this is like not really a rant but I still am going to rant about something bc obviously that's all I do
okay so like its the 6th day of Halloween and I love it more and more as the days go on
okay so what I want to rant about is when parents don't let their kids go trick or treating or do anything associated with the holiday (trunk or treat and dressing up at church and stuff)
• growing up my mom didn't let me do anything associated with Halloween
• I never had a costume and it was sad
• I still can't talk about witches, ghosts, ghouls, or anything associated with Halloween
• when people asked me what I was being I got made fun of a lot and it was awful
1) I'm not saying you can't parent the way you see fit because that's everyone's preference and it's their kids
2) I'm not saying celebrate something you aren't comfortable with
3) I'm not saying that Halloween is the best (BUT IT IS)
