Nine

Specks of blood flew as Aria's body crashed on the ground. 

"Aria!!" Lucy exclaimed. Everyone dropped the battle against the monsters and raced to Aria. Aria dazed with specks in her vision opened her eyes. She staggered to her feet but fell.

"It's over Aria," Calypso said. She swung her scythe. In a silver flash, Erza's sword blocked Calypso's swing. Erza looked at Calypso with dead serious eyes. Erza's armor transformed and she glared at Calypso. 

"My my, Aria, using a human to protect you. Pathetic" Calypso smirked. Aria's fist tightened and she slowly pushed herself up shaking.

"Aria. Rest" Erza said. Aria looked up."I will take of it from here," she added. 

Aria looked down and nodded before her body fell. She closed her eyes and heard the clang of sword and scythe hitting each other. Erza sword blocked each of Calypso's swings. She dived her sword towards Calypso. A few times she would nab at Calypso's clothes but never a deep swing. Wendy kneeled over Aria trying to heal her wound. Natsu and Gray were keeping the monsters away. 

"Open, the gate of the lion!" Lucy shouted "Leo!" 

Leo appeared his back to Aria. "Aria, you'll be fine," he said before charging into battle. Lucy kneeled on the other side of Aria. Aria looked up and saw as Erza had the upper hand in this fight. "Heiwa" Aria gasped summoning her staff. 

"Erza" she shouted tossing the staff. Erza caught it and held it in a fighting position. Watching Erza fight Aria felt pride and inspiration. She pulled herself up. 

"Guardian 2nd Form" Aria whispered. Her clothes started glowing.

"Wendy, Lucy, stand back please" 

Wendy and Lucy jumped back as Aria stood. A tremendous light shined around Aria. 

"Ginga" Aria said a large spear appeared in her hand with a sharp blade and seemed to be made out the galaxy itself. Her clothing changed into a long cloak with stars shining on it, her 1st guardian form armor became black and white with specks of silver and gold. Instead of the headband, she had a headdress. 

As if she knew Erza jumped back and allowed Aria a clean shot at Calypso. But suddenly a shield slammed Aria's spear freezing her. 

"Ray!" Aria gasped. Erza stood back and saw a red-haired guy with a glowing shield in front of Calypso. 

"Hello. Ari"
