Chapter four: a storm arises

What's up guys/gals again sorry about last chapter... I really didn't have a general idea what to do, so it was really boring to just going with it. Also I need to apologize for my grammar in the last chapter I kinda skipped checking it. But thanks for liking this story so much and as usual enjoy and have fun!

- Chapter 4: a storm arises!

It's been a week since the fight and it's one day till classes start up. Ruby isn't fully recovered but she can move around without help but still doesn't go very far without Yang or Blake.

Ruby was watching T.V. while waiting for Blake to get back from shopping because Yang had eaten all of their food again. Her enjoyment got interrupted by a knock on the door, Ruby got up and opened the door expecting Blake standing there with the bags of food but was greeted by someone very different.

Standing on the other side of the door was a man with spiked unnatural red hair wearing punk rocker clothing. He looked down at Ruby and gave her a look that could only be interpreted as disgust. "Can I help you?" Asked Ruby.

He paused for a second and cleared his throat " Yes, is Blake here?"

Ruby thought for a moment, something didn't seem right about this guy. "Um, no she's out and won't be here for awhile."

He huffed in annoyment. " Alright, fine can you tell her Adam was here?"

"Sure" said Ruby and with that he walk away and Ruby went back to waiting for Blake.

an hour later

...

More knocks came from the door, Ruby got up and opened the door and was automatically greeted by Blake with a grocery bag to the face. They both walked over to the tiny kitchen in their dorm.

"Oh hey Blake, there was a guy here earlier for you." said Ruby while trying to a can on a shelf that is too far up for her, Blake grabbed it from her and put on the shelf. "For me? Who was it?"

Ruby stopped to try and remember. "His name was Adam, I think."

SMASH!

Blake had dropped a glass jar of jelly and was on her knees, her face white as a ghost. " Did you just say Adam?"

Ruby ran over to Blake and walked her over to the bed just incase she fell again. "Yes, who is he?" Blake paused for a moment to think.

"He's my ex-boyfriend... We were best friends as kids and when my mother died he was all I had and he protected me. But after a while I started seeing his darker side... he became more controlling, over protective, very aggressive and after a fight over something stupid he hit me repeatedly till I was out cold, so when I woke up I left." Ruby sat there processing what Blake had told her.

Knowing how it feels to lose a parent and only having one person to protect her, which was Yang when their parents died. "Well what do you want to do?"

Blake looked at Ruby her eyes full of tears. " I... I don't know." Ruby put her arm around Blake and let her cry into her shoulder. They laid back and that's how they slept for the rest of the night.

...

today was the day that classes start. The alarm went off waking up both Ruby and Blake. Ruby sat up and swung her legs over the bed to get up but stopped when she felt a tug on her sleeve, she looked back to see Blake. " You still scared?"

Blake nodded. "You mind if I go to class with you?" Ruby nodded with a smile.

They both got up to change their clothes when the door just flung open and Yang came walking in " OH HELLO MY CUTE LIl SIS AND KITTY KAT!"

Ruby walked over and hugged Yang then looked back a Blake who now was hiding in the corner because Yang opened the door while Blake was taking her shirt off. She had her blanket wrapped around her and her face was red as a beet. Yang bursted out laughing. "What's wrong Kitty, embarrassed?" Ruby slugged her in the arm.

Yang looked down at Ruby who just shook her head. "Leave so she can get dressed."

Yang nodded her head and walked out.

Ruby and Blake walked out of the room and started to walk to where their classes are. Blake was trying to stay as far from Yang as possible, Yang noticed this and fell back and around behind Blake and got under her and put her on her shoulders. Yang looked up at Blake. " How's the view Kitty?"

Blakes face was a mixture of anger and embarrassment. "Please Yang put me down." Yang wrapped her arms tighter around Blake's legs, which in result had her face even redder. "Nope" said Yang.

Yang frowned when they finally made it to the classroom and had to put Blake down. All three girls walked in, Ruby stopped to look around. There was a bunch of colorful looking people, in the far back right corner a girl had pink and brown hair and was wearing old fashion clothing, there was a boy with silver hair sitting in the middle of the room talking to a tan girl with green hair and the last person she noticed was a beautiful girl with white hair. " Oh, hey Weiss..."

Hey people! Okay I really enjoyed writing this chapter. But I want your guys/gals opinion about this, would you enjoy a story about Five Nights At Freddy's and Destiny? Because I've got a bunch of good ideas. Also I'm starting to add some what of a story to this so I'll add some what of a backstory real quick, they are at a university but they are in a program for high schoolers that have higher grades then average so that means Ruby= 15 others=16 or +. so... review, favorite and follow so like always HAVE FUN!
