[Welcome! Heads up, I tweaked last chapter because I didn't know how much of a lazy fuck I was. Leave a review on how I'm doing or any thoughts you like to share with me. Anyway sit back, relax and enjoy. -J]

For a speeding car the trip to the hospital seemed to take forever. Inside the speeding car Ruby went over the amount of times she had made a trip to the hospital and just how much shit has happened. Kicking her feet back and forth, her jeans scraping along the floor. "What else is heading this way?"

The long white car pulled in the drop off area of the hospital, making a loud screech as it came to a stop. "I'm going to let you out here Miss Rose." Ruby nodded in compliance, opened the door into the cold air. A small breeze splashed her face as she watch the limo pull away, reminding her once again on how much has happened in a short amount of time.

Walking to the reception desk, sat behind it was elderly man. He looked up from the computer screen in front of him and smiled at Ruby. She attempted to make a smile that didn't look forced, "How can I help you, little lady?"

Ruby hesitated for a moment, "I'm here to see Weiss Schnee."

The man turn back to the computer and typed Weiss' name in the search bar. "Well it says here only hospital and Schnee employees are allowed in unless said otherwise."

Ruby looked behind her and took a breath of relief as Garfield walk up to the desk beside her. "Hello, we are here to see Miss Schnee."

The man nodded, "Schnee badge please." Garfield reached into his breast pocket and pulled out a small round badge with the Schnee energy snowflake on it. "Alright, go on up."

As they made it to the room Garfield stopped Ruby before she could open the door. "Miss Rose, I'd like to inform you that Weiss isn't in the best condition so please be carefull. I'll be out here to not over do it." Ruby nodded and entered the room.

"Heeey Weiss..." Said Ruby announcing she had arrived. Weiss turned and winced from the pain.

"You're gonna have to come over here Ruby." Weiss made a mention with her hand to show where she meant. Now face to face with Weiss, Ruby could see the bandages across her eye. "Don't worry I'm not completely blind."

Ruby forced a smile, putting a hand on Weiss' foot. Ruby felt Weiss twitch when she did. "Buddy, you telling me not to worry only makes me worry more."

"Well at most I'll need some really thick glasses." Weiss said with a hint of irritation. "I've had 20/20 vision for sixteens years and now we're here." Weiss made a pouty face. Ruby giggled and pulled a chair from the window to the end of the hospital bed.

"So" Ruby paused for a second, Weiss looked at the red headed girl with curiosity. "Do you remember what happened?" Weiss looked down at her hest.

"No and I don't want to talk about that subject either." Ruby attempted to put her hand on Weiss' foot to comfort her but she just moved it out of the way. "Don't touch me... Please." Ruby nodded.

There was silence for awhile before Ruby decided to break the awkwardness. "So why did you ask for me? I thought I annoyed you." Weiss gave Ruby an "Are you serious?" Look with her one good eye.

"Ruby you dunce, you're my friend!" Ruby's face exploded with happiness. "Yes, you can be a bit over the top but you are still a nice person."

The moment was ruined when loud shouting started coming from the hall. The girls could hear a, "Hey you need to stop!" And "You're not allowed up here!" Or a, "You two need to stop!" It all went silent again just before the room door flew open and a long haired blonde girl stepped into the said room.

"Sup Bitches!" Yelled Yang and moments after Blake shyly entered the room as well with a tired but anxious expression, apologizing profusely to Weiss, the nurses and the doctors.

Pissed Weiss started yelling at the intruders, " WHAT THE HELL ARE Y-" She bent over in pain not finishing the question. Ruby and Blake run over making sure she is alright but Weiss just waves her hand to dismiss the thought.

"Well since my baby sister thinks you're so cool. I thought we'd... well yah know see if you two were just chillen." She made finger guns try to pull it off around her sling and winked. Blake pulled a penny out of her pocket and threw it at Yang which hit her in the stomach.

"Excuse me Miss." Said an out of breath Garfield. "You really need to leave, it's not good to overwhelm her."He tried motioning the pair towards the door.

Yang put her arm around Garfield, "Now why would i want to do that? I'm Here to see my best friend, Weisscream." Again Blake threw another penny at Yang, it missed this time.

"He's right Yang, we shouldn't overwhelm Weiss." Said Ruby, she smiled at Weiss, "We're gonna get going so you can rest." Weiss gave Ruby a disappointed smile and the three girls left.

"I apologize ma'am, I was on the phone with your father." Weiss rolled her eyes.

"And what did my father have to say? To complain about the medical bill or that an expensive mirror was broken?" Garfield remained silent, "Or was he checking if Alexander and I are oh so deeply in love?" Saying his name in a mocking tone.

"More or less all three, I was able to speak to Winter for a brief period of time. She was worried about you but before i could reassure her, your father took the phone again." Taking a seat on the side of the bed.

"We'll at least some people cares." Said Weiss.

The three girls exited the hospital, the September breeze nipped at their faces. Ruby looked around at the city, it teemed with life. Cars moving, people coming and going. Once in Blake's car Yang opened the window, the air chilling Ruby's face in the back seat. They passed pizza places, trees tinted with orange, red and brown, the court house and finally they entered Beacon's parking lot.

They stepped out of the car and onto the lot. It was quiet, that made the parking lot oddly calming. That silence didn't last long before the sound of footsteps outside the girls started following them. "Good afternoon ladies."...
