Dedicated to GUMbiie because her story is the best horror wattpad story i've read!

Hey everyone well this is my third story on wattpad and I think it'll be the best so far. I was inspired by the tv shows criminal minds, csi, bones, and all those other criminal investigation shows. Also the Dollanganger family series by V.C Andrews. Hope you guys like it!! Way different from my normal stories.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was only six years old when I made my first kill. It wasn't anything major, it was just a dog. What has been imprinted in my mind was that it was my dog, Ruff. Not a very creative name but I was six.

It was such a beautiful dog, that's the only way I can describe him. His fur was the color of the moon and he had stunning grey-black eyes. He looked like a wolf but acted like a little puppy. I loved him, but I killed him.

I remember that fateful day with so much clarity, as if it just happened yesterday. My dad called my brother and I to the backyard. He made us stand and watch him. He carried his favorite hunting knife and grabbed my dog by its collar.

"Shaitan come." My dad called me, his voice calm.

I walked slowly towards my dad. I was scared and confused. I glanced back at my brother. He stood motionless with a blank expression. He knew what was going to happen.

"Shaitan you are old enough now." My dad said as he handed me his knife. "You are old enough to make your first kill."

I held the knife in my hand. I touched the blade and felt power and fear run through me.

"I want you to slit its throat." My dad explained to me, looking into my eyes. A crazed expression on his face.

I peered at my dog that was only a few inches shorter than me. He sat on the ground, his tail wagging. He licked my face and barked.

"Do it." My dad said.

My grip tightened on the blade. I didn't want to do it but I knew I had to. I looked at my dog, tears threatening to escape. However, I didn't dare let a tear fall, I would just get in trouble. My dad didn't like my brother and I to show weak emotions.

I then saw my dad's hold on Ruff's collar tighten. I pulled my right arm across my chest and made a quick slash across my dogs throat. The same way my dad had taught me to do many times. Blood began to ooze from its throat. My dad let go of Ruff's collar and he fell to the floor. A puddle of blood surrounding him.

I still remember Ruff kicking his legs and making whimpering sounds. I looked at my dad who looked proud.

"Now stab it in its heart." My dad said pointing to where it was.

My hand shook as I stepped closer. I pulled my hand back and put all the strength I could muster into my strike. I closed my eyes when I stabbed my dog's heart. I opened my eyes and used both of my hands to push my blade all the way through him. Blood was covering me now from head to toe. My dog made a final whimper and died. I slowly stood up looking at what I had done.

"Good job Shaitan, good job." My dad said, bending down and hugging me.

He pulled away and looked me in my eye.

"One day you will be a great killer. You and your brother." He told me.

Of course at the time I thought nothing of it. More likely I didn't understand what he meant. All I knew was that my dad was proud of me and I couldn't help but feel happy. I was happy that my father was happy.
