Chapter 3

TWO WEEKS LATER.....

Everyone made it back home from the trip and they all had fun. Well, Liv had as much fun as she could possibly have when she put the whole Adrian situation behind her. The adults even allowed the kids to invite a few friends out just to keep them happy and out of their hair.

Liv

I just can't shake Adrian. He pops up at my work place, he pops up at my home when Jordan is gone to work. All of it must be taking a toll on my health because I can't stop vomiting and feeling sick. I was laying in bed, because I just couldn't make it to work today. Everytime I tried to head out the door, I had to run to the bathroom and puke my guts out. Suddenly, the doorbell rang and I just knew it was Adrian, so I didn't even bother getting up to answer it. I turned my show back on and continued to watch television as my phone began to ring. I looked at the caller I.D and saw that it was Adrian and slammed it back down. I have to tell Jordan soon and put this to a halt. I just don't want to break up my family that means so much to me. I don't want to ruin my friendship that also means the world to me. What am I gonna do?

Just as I was caught in my thoughts, my phone rang again and I snatched it up without even looking at the I.D. "WHAT SHIT?!" I yelled into the phone. "Damn, who pissed in your cheerios?" I heard Lena say on the other end. "Girl! I thought you was somebody else. What's up?" I said with a slight giggle. "Nothing, on lunch. I heard you was at home sick so I was checking on you." I immediately started thinking should I come clean and tell her about Adrian and the fact that he's been stalking me, but immediately decided against it. "Girl I think I have a stomach bug or maybe I cooked something bad. I keep getting nauseous." I explained to her. "Are you sure it was something you cooked? Or is it a baby on the way?" My heart beat went slow and my mind went to racing. I hadn't thought about it before but now that it was brought up to me. "Hell no girl, Jordan and I hardly even have time to get it in with Tavi in the house and him traveling."

"Girl, stop trying to sike yourself out. It only takes one time and if it was a stomach bug or something you cooked, Adri and Tav would've been sick as well don't you think?" Lena explained. She had a point and as much as I didn't want to, I knew right then that I have to take a test to be sure. "Well if it doesn't get better, I'll put my ego aside and take the test." I told her to get her off my back.

Jordan

"Man I don't know, she at home sick now and I think she might be pregnant but she don't even want to entertain my shit either." I explained to Adrian and Justin as we talked on three way. "Man, I would make her ass take a test, you'll never know unless you take a test." Adrian suggested making much sense. "I can't choke her and make her piss on the stick A!" I said causing all of us to erupt in laughter. "Right!" Justin added. "But forreal man, ya'll might be getting another lil ankle biter soon and that shit can get serious if she not taking her vitamins and shit for the baby." Justin said. "Yeah man, maybe we can sit and have a talk later." I said ending that topic of conversation.

I finally made it home and everything was dark except the light in our room. "BABE!" I yelled. As I walked further into the room, I heard sniffles. "Babe!" I said walking to the bathroom to see Liv sitting on the toilet top crying silently. "Liv baby, what's wrong?" I asked, walking over to her and squatting down for her to look in my eyes. She didn't say anything, she just dropped her head and looked at a stick in her hand, and I instantly knew what the hell was going on. I grabbed the stick and saw that the test was positive. "Listen ma, it's not bad. We have Tav and just like we stayed together and made it happen for her, we're in an even better situation now so this baby will be alright." I told her as her crying subsided and she threw her arms around my neck. "Are you sure?" She manage to get out. "Yes, I'm too sure." I said kissing her lips.

Liv

I just found out that I'm pregnant. I am happy but scared at the same time. I know this is Jordan's baby but let's not be naive, I've been fucking Adrian like crazy so this could be his baby too. "Go ahead and make an appointment so we can check on the baby." Jordan told me. I don't know if I even want Jordan to go with me to the appointment. What if this is not his baby? What in the hell am I going to do?
