Tavi

I was a nervous wreck watching Marco go into the house. I agreed to pull off without him but deep down inside I knew I wasn't. I'm just sitting here waiting on some shit to pop off so I can go have my man back. He just gone have to be mad at me. I can't risk losing the love of my life. My head was on a constant swivel, especially after what Marco just told me. I can't believe I was so oblivious to everything going on, I just knew him being out the game meant we was all clear from danger but now I know. I was deep in my thoughts until I heard a gun shot ring out from the house. I quickly hopped out of the car, leaving it on and went towards the house with my gun in hand. I was headed up to the front door until I realized that whoever was inside would expect me from the front so I went through the back which led to the living room. I suddenly heard whimpers coming from the kitchen and a man groaning in pain. "MARCO!" I yelled out as I eased my way to the kitchen where the sounds were coming from. My heart was racing and I was in raged. "Tavi. I thought I told you to leave if you heard gunshots. You gotta stop being so hard headed man." Marco said with his sights still focused on the dude on the ground. "Kill all that Marco. You knew when you got out the car that I wasn't gonna leave you here in possible danger." I said looking over noticing Margie in the kitchen chair holding her face and shaking. I ran over to her. "Margie are you okay?" I asked as I pulled her into my arms. "Y-yeah I'm alright baby." She said patting me on the back.

"Mama, who is this and what is he doing here?" Marco asked coming over closer to the unidentified man. "M-marco, that's your father. He's been locked up for drugs and now he is back and trying to kill me because he said I tipped the police off so that I could take his money." Margie explained. "The fuck!" Marco yelled out with more rage in his eyes. "Tavi, take mama to the room. I want you to pack some stuff cause I'm moving you out of here. I'll send for the rest of your stuff later." Marco told me. I quickly got up with Margie and went to her room to help her.

Q

"You ready ma? Are you okay?" I asked Kim as we walked up to her house. Today was the day for us to tell her mama and AJ that she's pregnant. And not only that, but I am moving her in with me. "Yeah, like I said. She don't have to like it. I'm taking care of my own baby and I am grown so however they take it is whatever." Kim said as she used her key to open the door and let us in. "Mama!" Kim yelled through the house. "In the living room." Her mama replied. I can't even lie, I am nervous as hell. What guy wants his woman family to hate him. I sure didn't because I planned on making them my family one day and I just don't need the drama along with it. "Hey ma, what you doing?" Kim asked as we walked over and sat on the couch. "Hello Quinton. I was just finishing up some paper work. What are you two doing here?" Kera asked. I already met Kim's mother awhile ago when her husband ran off on her. "We have something we want to tell you and AJ." Kim said sitting down and grabbing her phone out. "AJ come down stairs real quick." She said into the phone before she hung up. Shortly after, AJ came downstairs. "What up man? What up sis?" He spoke to both of us. AJ went took a seat next to Jera and laid his head in her lap. "AJ you're such a baby." Kim said causing to give her a low key bird. " Man what ya'll want? Me and mama was watching a movie." AJ said while texting on his phone. I looked at Kim to see her take a deep breath and exhale. "Mommy....AJ....I'm pregnant." Kim said as she fiddled with her fingers and looked between the two of them. AJ hopped up and looked at us. "Kim, stop bullshitting!" AJ said as Kera sat there in a daze. "I'm not and I'm not gonna let y'all make me feel bad about it either. Q and I are planning on taking care of our baby and that's that." Kim went in. "Yo calm yo tits girl. I'm happy for y'all. You grown and know what you gotta do." AJ said which shocked the hell out of me.

"Ma, How are you feeling?" Kim asked. I just sat back and let her gave her time with her family. "I'm gonna be a grandma!" Kera finally let out. Only thing is that she wasn't excited about it. "Look mama, I can see all over your face that you're nor happy and a lecture is in order-" Kim started saying but was cut off by Kera.

AJ was a little hurt that his little sister was in this situation fresh out of school but if she was happy then so was he. He also knew that Q wouldn't let anything happen to his sister or future niece or nephew. "Ma, you trippy right now. Kim know qhat she need to do for her and her baby and so does Q." AJ said now getting agitated with his mother who he felt was clearly was overreacting. "Shut the hell up AJ! You know nothing okay. This girl is too young to be having a child and she don't have any means of supporting it! But wait, let me guess. You gone take care of it with that drug money you bringing in." Kera snapped at Q. Q was a little taken back for the simple fact that he hadn't said hardly anything and was letting Kim handle her family. But he refused to just sit there and let Kera belittle him and Kim. "AJ get yo mama man. I haven't ever disrespected her and right now I'm not appreciating the way she moving." Q said calmly while getting up from the couch. "Man I understand. Mama you wrong for real. Now I would defend you if the circumstances called for it but this man hasn't even said anything." AJ told a fuming Kera. "Oh so I'm supposed to be okay with my teenage daughter being pregnant?" Kera spat towards AJ. "And that's the problem ma. You still think I'm a kid and I'm not. I am a grown woman fully capable of making my own decisions as well as mistakes. I'm not saying my baby is a mistake but it definitely wasn't planned but regardless of the situation, its mine and I will take care of it. With or without you!" Kim said now standing with Q with her arms folded in front of her. "Well, since you so grown, get yo shit NOW and get the fuck out! Move in with him and let him take care of yo ass!" Kera said while pointing at the door. "No disrespect  but that was the plan all along the time." Q said making his way to the door.

"And AJ since you so grown and wanna take up for her hot ass, get yo shit and get to stepping too!" Kera said now mean mugging AJ. "That's totally fine by me ma. But when you realize how wrong you are, you know how to find me. I will always love you but don't expect me to come back kissing yo butt cause I'm not.....sick of this shit." AJ mumbled as he made his way up the stairs. AJ called a moving company and began packing his bags until his phone began ringing. AJ groaned in irritation and picked up his phone. "Aye bro, ya'll almost ready?" Q said into the phone. "Huh?"  AJ said confused. "I heard yo ma kick you out after she kicked Kim out so me and the moving truck outside waiting. You gone come chill with us until you get off to college or get yo own spot." Q said. AJ was grateful considering he didn't have anywhere else to go. "Aight bro, I'll pay you rent and shit. Thank you for real Q man." AJ said. Shortly after, the movers came in and started moving AJ and Kim's belongings while Kera watched with much attitude.

Once everything was moved out. Kim felt the need to get one more thing off her chest. "You know ma, we stood by you when all that shit went down with daddy and that slut. We were all you had and we never judged and turned our backs on you. And now when shit gets tough and one us fucks up the first thing you do is kick us out. Ha. I see your true colors now. But you know mama, I still love you but I don't want anything to do with you so forget that you ever had a daughter." Kim said fighting back tears. Kera just stood there with the same mean mug on her face. Deep down inside, Kim's words really stung her but Kera just couldn't bring herself to not be mad at her daughter. It's like one moment she wanted to forgive her and AJ and let them stay but the next second she was just pissed at them all over again. Kera didn't know what was going on with her but she knew something was wrong and figured maybe it was for the best that she let her kids go now.
