Chapter 7 Party time

I awoke to humming and someone playing with my hair; I looked up and see that it is just my mother.

"Mom I really did miss you" I told her, and she smiled down at me.

"Honey, I thought of you every day, and when my wolf told me you we're coming it was just well" she couldn't finish her sentence because she started to cry. She leaned down and pressed a kiss upon my forehead and gives me a weird upside down hug.

"I love you and I missed you more than anything, I'm so proud of you" she told me while I started to sit up. I looked around and noticed that I must have been hours later.

"Should we get ready for the party then, I can't believe we get to finally join the pack" I told her and she nodded at me, I told her to take a shower first, while I went to the closet to find us some dresses. Luckily for me, we we're the same size so I could borrow one of her dresses. As I looked threw her closet I came across this amazing blue dress, it wasn't too formal but just formal enough. It was a lace mid-thigh darker blue dress with a sweetheart neckline and I instantly knew that it would look perfect for my mother. I grabbed it off the rack and looked for some shoes to go with it, and came across a pair of gladiator sandals that would match perfectly. I laid the dress on my mother's bed for her, and went back to find myself a dress as well. I was looking once again threw the racks until I spotted the perfect dress. It was the same color as my eyes, it had long sleeves, and the whole top half was a clear green sparkly spandex material. In the middle of it was a triangle cut out to show off my belly and it flared out into ruffles that reached mid-thigh as well. It was absolutely stunning; I knew it was the dress for me. I scanned her shoes trying to find something that match, but didn't see any green so i kept looking. I came across a pair of black heels that had similar green gems on it and decided they would match fine. I grabbed everything and brought it to the bed as my mother came out of the bathroom in a towel. She came over to the bed and looked at the dresses.

"You know this blue dress is perfect, I was wearing it the night I found your father" she told me as she smiled at the memory, no wonder I thought.

"You'll look so beautiful in this, no wonder dad fell head over heels" I told her with truth laced in my words.

"I'll get dressed while you go hop into the shower, the party is about to start" she told me as she ushered me to the bathroom, I laughed with her as I grabbed a towel and shut the door.

I started the water and adjusted it to hot, as I went under the sink and grabbed a razor. I also grabbed my tooth brush and put some tooth paste and hoped into the shower. Yes I like to brush my teeth in the shower; it's a lot easier and gets it all done quick. I slathered shaving cream on my arms and arm pits and quickly shaved them, and then I moved onto my legs. Once I was finished with all the shaving I massaged in the shampoo scented like coconut because it made my hair silky smooth and smelt amazing. I rinsed and followed with the matching conditioner, then I grabbed my coco butter body wash and started to wash my body once everything was cleaned and rinsed off I shut the shower off. I reached for my towel and dried my hair off first, then dried myself and wrapped it around my body. I made sure to put the tooth brush onto the sink and grab my mom lotion and start rubbing it into my skin. Once I was all finished up I made my way into the bedroom and found my mom just finishing up her makeup. I couldn't believe my eyes, she looked absolutely incredible. The dress and shoes made her tan skin pop put and made her blue eyes pop. She had her long blonde hair straightened and she did a braid head band she looked so beautiful.

"Mom you look incredible" I told her as I made my way over to my dress.

"Thanks honey, you made a great choice in the shoes and dress" she told me as she smiled.
