Twenty

I crawled out of the hole and stretched a bit. I helped them set Ron down on a rock. Sirius walked away as Harry, Hermione and I looked at Rons leg. I looked over at Sirius and Hermione must've noticed.

"Go." She whispered. I nodded. I stood up and walked after him. I stood next to him.

"It's beautiful isn't it?" He said looking up at Hogwarts. I lightly smile.

"Yea it is." I said. "So Snuffles." I said. He chuckled which I ended up doing as well.

"I'm sorry." He said. I look over at him confused.

"Why are you apologizing?" I ask him.

"Because I'm the reason why you were put into the Malfoys custody. If I haven't gone after Peter you wouldn't of gone through what you did with Lucius." He stated angrily. I sighed.

"It's alright." I whispered. "I forgive you." I said. I hugged him. He slowly wrapped his arms around me hugging me tightly.

"If you want..." He trailed off as we pulled away. "After all this is over you can live with me if you want." He stated. My eyes widened.

"Really?" He nodded.

"But it's okay if you-" I cut him off.

"No I will. Anything to get away from that blasted man who I called father since I remember." I said. He smiled. I smiled back.
"Um Sirius?"

"Hm?"

"Is it alright if I um...call you dad? I mean, out of the amount of time I knew you, you treated me better then Lucius ever did." He grinned.

"Of course." He said smiling lightly at me.

"Okay....dad." I said. He hugged me tightly.

"Oh, my little Annabelle." He whispered, I strained to hear him.

I heard a lot of talking behind me. I turned and saw Uncle Remus pulling Peter out who was begging for his life.

"Anna!" Hermione exclaimed. Dad and I turned around. I saw the moon rise above the mountain.

My eyes widened.

It's a full moon!
