"You can't go to the bathroom."

"Your kidding me?" I asked the sassy fill in teacher that acted like he was the states governor.

"Sit back down or I'll send you to the principle I swear if you try and undermine me one more time."

Let's recap and see how I fell asleep to the rain in a cool as apartment to having to pretend to respect this idiot of a teacher.

This morning when I got up i finially realised that once again i wasn't in my own dorm and had burdened Bailey. So as quick as you can read this sentence, I ran out of Bailey's and harry's apartment and back to my car. I then drove myself home, had a coffee and pretended that I wasn't freaking out for the first real day of St. Andrews.

It wasn't even that bad of a ride back to my dorm either. Charlotte was asleep and although my bed still felt like a ton of bricks it suddenly felt like my  ton of bricks.

Other than mr mith (my current teacher) everything was going a okay today, the first real day of school wasn't even that bad.

When they arrived at school Bailey, Harry, harly and Charlotte all gave me either a smile or a slight nod. Maybe I am making some friends.

Now getting back to reality.....

"Are you going to sit down now?" Mr mith asked.

"Not until I can go to the bathroom." I stated bluntly.

"Just let her go sir." A girl said from the back of the class. "We don't stop you when you talk all that crap and pretend you know stuff."

"Shut up Meg" he replied. "Do you really want to be suspended again because I can make that happen."

The meg girl got up from her chair and walked towards us at the front of the class room.
"Sir, do you really want me to hack into your browser history. I can do that you know." He paled at the words that left her mouth.

"We're going to the bathroom now."

"There's no need for threats in this classroom young miss."

"Well sir, if a girl, or anyone for the matter needs to use the bathroom they should be able to go. At least she had the decency to ask if she could leave. if it was me I would've just left the classroom to go get some juice or something, Now may you please sign the hall pass already."

"Whatever." he replied just audible over the ohhhhs and ahhhhs of my new class.

he finished writing the pass silently but everyone knew he was going to be in a bad mood for the rest of the day, i did feel bad for whoever had him next.

At my old school I had the principle as my economics teacher and it was one of the worst things I had to put myself through. They all said that he wouldn't last long as a teacher but despite the hate and the hashtag we wrote on the school walls, on our instagrams, twitters and facebooks she is still at my old school to this day. She is still barely teaching but making twice as much money than the good teachers, It's crap we say.

But what's done is done, its in the past and despite my constant nostalgia I do have to separate what was once and what is now.

"come on" ou said meg as she snatched the hall passes out of his hands. "Lousy good for nothing teacher, that son of a b-" she started to say under her breath.

"Meg Frug! I can hear that." Mr mith yelled from the front of the class.

"Good! That's the whole point of saying things outloud. For people like you to hear it."  she replied, dripping with sarcasm.

We walked in silence for a bit until we entered the bathrooms.

once I had finished I opened the stall door and meg was leaning on the counters.

"Not even first week and you are already in trouble. tut, tut. What will your parents think?" she asked.

"I err well..... you see."

"Do you really think I care about your parents?" she laughed. "This is a half boarding school and Charlotte has already complained about you to the whole cohort."

"oh." i replied dryly, she was just here to make fun of me.

"No! not like that, its just well you see, I'm quite resentful to my parents but they don't care, no one really needs to care. It's my business that all but I guess things didn't really work like that where you are from, and no one really likes Charlie anyway, shes a bit of an attention seeker if you ask me."

"I don't really know her to really 'diss' her." I said half heartedly as we walked back towards class but meg kept walking.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"Just go back to class kid, You're not the type that wants to be hanging around with me."

"You cant say that, you don't know me."

"I can say that and I will, that's the difference between you and me. I accept when people aren't made for me. You hold on for too long." she replied as her voice echoed through the corridors and deep down I knew it was true, I just didn't want to believe it because back when you were younger you had so many friends and now you kinda just know people and get through stages of your life with them, never to talk again.

With my head held high I walked back into class, giving Mr mith a mental rude finger and saying a few explicit words.
