The Trip

CLARA'S POV

Monday...

"Ah Clara good to see you again", said Mr McColl. I smiled at him as I handed my consent form over. "Okay so meet here after you've registered with your period one teacher on Wednesday. "Okay sir", I said and headed towards Maths.

"Hey Clara you done the maths homework?", asked Richard. "Yeah why?", I asked pulling my jotter out. "Can I copy yours?", asked Richard.
I let him copy it but Miss Berry came over. "Mr Madden copying Miss Oswald's work isn't going to get you good grades so I presume you haven't done the homework", she said. "No Miss", he smirked. She sighed. "Anyways Clara can I have your homework please?", she asked. I handed over my jotter. "Ah John have you done your homework?", she asked. "No miss because-..", she cut him off. "I'm not having excuses, have it in for tomorrow the pair of you or you will both have a weeks detention", she said and they both sighed.

Wednesday...

"Clara I am going to miss you so much", said Lily hugging me tight. "Lil its only three days", I laughed. "I don't care you better facetime me every night", she said. "I will", I smiled

"Ah good everyone is here", said Mr McColl. "So before we even leave I will be telling you your room mates", said Mr McColl. "Clara you will be sharing a room with Peri and Mini", said Mr McColl. Wow I have Mini great. I didn't know who Peri was but I guess I could be-friend her as I'm going to have to talk to her.

"Clara what do you have in this suitcase we are only going for three days", laughed John. "I'm a girl of course my suitcase is going to be heavy, a girl can never have too many clothes", I giggled and hopped onto the bus. John took the seat next to me.

"So who you sharing a room with?", I asked him. "Jack and Peter", he said "what about you?". "Mini and Peri", I moaned. "Clara Mini really isn't that bad", he said. We could talk about her because me and John were at the back of the bus and Mini was at the front.

I leant into Johns shoulder and fell asleep.

"Clara wake up , we're here", said John continuously nudging me. "Okay stop, I'm awake", I moaned.

"Okay everybody this is the hotel we are staying at, make good use out of it and be sensible for gods sake. You will be up for 10 oclock tomorrow as we will be heading to the Science department", said Mr McColl.

I got into my room with Peri and Mini. There was three beds in a row I took the one nearest the window and plonked myself down on the bed.

Peri had already fallen asleep. Mini was sitting on her Ipad.

"How was the party Mini?", I said trying to make conversation. "Oh it was amazing", she smiled. "Oh and by the way Clara you better not ruin this trip for me", she said. Now that was uncalled for. "What are you talking about?", I asked. "You and John the way yous act I can't stand it", she said. "Mini I have no clue what you are on about but I'm going to sleep", I sighed.

The next day I got up Mini was still sleeping but Peri was up and ready.

"Your up early", I said to her. "Yeah well don't want to be late for class you know what I mean", said Peri. Peri was a really nice girl but she was one of they really geeky people you get and have to be in class before anyone else. "Yeah I know", I said.

It was now 9.30am I had half an hour to get ready. I quickly shoved yellow jumper and pinafore on. Yes its the one I wore when I went out with John. I was ready 15 minutes before so I decided I would go and see John.

I knocked on his door and Peter answered. "Hey Clara its good to see you", he said. "Hi Peter, is John around?", I asked. "Um I think he has went down to the gym he shouldn't be long, you can come in if you want", said Peter. I went in and sat on John's bed and spoke to Peter about Star Wars turns out he likes it too. Then Jack walked in. "Oh hey Clara", he said in his american accent. "Don't start", said Peter. "I'm only saying hello", said Jack. Honestly Jack would flirt with anyone he sees. "Hi", I smiled. Then John stumbled through the door.

"Clara hey", he smiled. "Hey Peter let me in because I came to see you but you weren't in", I explained. "Okay hold on to I quickly change my shirt then we can head to the science department", said John and I nodded.

When we arrived at science I wasn't surprised to see Peri sitting there with her books out. The class started to fill I sat next to John in the front row. I saw Mini come in the class she shot me a look and not a very nice one.

The trip went pretty well but I can say that me and Mini didn't get along at all.
