AFTER the class of Mr. Shelton it was her vacant time, so Joan decided to walk around the school campus hoping to discover a peaceful space for her.

She found it! It was behind the science room, it was a botanical garden. She left her back pack and her cell phone at the floor.

The garden was a beauty, full of wild orchids and ferns surrounding the whole place. While the Chinese bamboos swayed in motion as the air whooshed. The birds came tweeting again above the mango tree whose fruits were at season. Joan found herself hugging the tree; the warmth it provides was wonderful.

As she climbed up the tree she saw the whole area. Red painted roofs, cream painted walls and wide glass windows. She turned her head at the right and saw the oval and the gymnasium. The cheers and yells of the cheering squad echoed. They're visible with their red uniform and the other football players too. It was amazing how trees looked like giant broccolis at afar.

"Hey!" Someone called her under the tree, and she fell!

Falling at the tree was never her dream, "Ahhhhhhh!"

"Hey! Hey!" It was Jack who caught her.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"

"HEY!"
