It was a class at science that she enjoyed the most. 'Wow' She was amazed as she entered the lab. It was full of equipment's and bright colored chemicals. Her big brown eyes glittered as she passed by the equipments. The silver shining metal objects adore her, the way they glinted as lights strike them perfectly. She could even hear a sound of a shining sword out of a microscope and the every drop of chemical, milliliter by milliliter, like the potion of heaven.
As their teacher explained the lesson, the students were not really putting their attention towards the topic but catering their time towards texting, chatting, hair parlor, all except for Joan.
The teacher continues on discussing...
"Boiling point elevation, at boiling point, the vapor pressure is equal to the atmospheric presence. Since there is a lowering of vapor pressure, more heat must be applied. So what will happen next? Anyone??" Turning around to find some hands in the air, he spotted a girl texting; it was the blond who hurt Joan.
"You, Miss Harper."
She looked around and confused why the teacher called her. She puts her cellphone under her book.
"Pardon sir?"
"I said 'If the vapor pressure is equal to the atmospheric presence. Since there is a lowering of vapor pressure, more heat must be applied. What will happen next?' stand up Miss Harper." Mr. Shelton asked again.
She stood up while curling her pony tailed blond hair and sighed. "I don't know sir."
The teacher just look at her and he called my name. "You Miss Brooks, What do you think will happen next?"
