I didn’t know how to tell Niall that Liam kissed me. Every time I tried to tell him he’d tell me that he didn’t want to know or he already knew which wasn’t true because Liam hadn’t said anything because he was nervous that Niall would hate him. But he didn’t want to know and he kept avoiding it like he was worried that it was something that was going to cause an argument or break us up or something, so I stopped trying to tell him and just moved on.

Months passed and now William is ten months old and everything seems to be back to normal. My relationship with Harry is somewhat normal and we’re concentrating on William and nothing else. Because we had been so busy we hadn’t even been to court to finalise the annulment of our marriage. Today was the day that we had to go to the court rooms in town and hear the judge’s verdict on whether or not our marriage was invalid.

I had been worried that Harry would have appealed the annulment because of the fact that we had slept together but I’m not sure if he had finally accepted that I didn’t love him anymore or if he just didn’t realise that he could appeal. Either way he hadn’t made any kind of appeal and had offered to drive me to the court house. We were trying this new thing called not ruining each-other’s lives which seemed to be working out really well for us.

“I do believe that your marriage is invalid and I will grant you the annulment of your marriage.” The judge said after a grand total of three minutes in his chambers. We had requested a private meeting for the ruling because we didn’t want it all over the tabloids, since Niall and I had been together we had all avoided getting in to the news, especially since Harry had gone all out on the morning show after the knife incident. We didn’t stick around for long after the judge made his decision and we pushed through the paparazzi quickly to get back to the car.

Harry sighed when we got inside the car, “It’s really over now isn’t it.” He sighed as he started the car and drove out of the parking lot as quickly as he could without flattening any photographers. Not that anyone would mind one less pap.

“Yeah,” I smile softly.

He doesn’t say anything else on the way home so we just sit in silence. When we get home Niall is sitting on the floor with William and Liam and the lads are trying to put together a walker for Will. He’s crawling properly now and he’s starting to pull himself up on to things. Last night he pulled himself up from the base of a chair and let go and whacked his head on the corner. He’s got a nice shiny bruise in the middle of his forehead now. “Hi baby, I missed you!” I cooed as I scoop up William.

Niall looks up at us and smiles, “Hey babe, I missed you too!” He snickers.

“You’re so funny,” I roll my eyes at him and lean down and kiss his cheek before taking William in to the kitchen to turn on the kettle. Harry sits down on the floor with Liam and Niall and picks up the instructions for a simple walker that William will be able to use to stand up and push along when he learns to walk.
