The funeral kind of went a little off when all the guests realized the person they were grieving was walking around attending his own funeral, but the whole debacle was blamed on Stan. Mr. and Mrs. Pines were pretty ticked off when they saw their not dead son stumbling around, dazed, with a incredibly flimsy and unusable arm but after Stan tried to laugh it off with them, they spent a few minutes of yelling, then decided to leave the twins with Stan for the rest of the summer. After all they did need them out of the house and they were assured it would never happen again. After they left Stan wrapped up Dippers arm and laid him on the couch, Mabel and him left him alone.
"What even happened to him," Asked Stan. "He just woke up, I don't know," Mabel lied, "It's been 2 days since he's eaten or even moved, do you think he's going to be okay?"
Stan sat down on the arm of the chair next to the chair Dipper had fallen asleep in and put his hands on his forehead. "I don't know Mabel."
"All I know is this is supernatural. Dead people don't just come back to life unless you mess with them like you did a few weeks ago." Stan let out a sigh then lifted his head up. "You guys haven't been using that journal have you?"
Mabel shook her head, and Sat down next to Stan. There was a moment of silence before Mabel interrupted.
"I'm glad Dippers alive. I'm glad we get to stay at the shack, and I'm very glad every thing can go back to normal." Mabel hugged her uncle and Stan put his arm around her. He smiled but felt a pit in his stomach. He was worried about how Dipper was going to react when he woke up, knowing that he was the reason he had died.
