I'm sorry it's been a while since I updated this! Please forgive me. I don't even remember when's the last time I updated this and now I'm rambling, sorry! On to the story!

I sat there filing my nails. And I swore I just heard an explosion....oh well.

I saw two of Bane's men coming over dragging a man with them and setting him down.

And to my surprise it was Jim Gordon. Well I haven't seen him for four years.

"Why are you hear?" Bane asks without turning around. One of his guys kicked Jim.

"Answer him!" I rolled my eyes.

Idiot.

"I was asking you." Bane told the man.

"It's the police commissioner sir." Bane stood up and turned to face them.

"And you brought him down here?" Bane asked them stepping up towards them intimidating them.

"We just-" Bane cut him off.

"You panicked." He stated calmly. "Your weakness has cost the lives of three others." The one guy started speaking but Bane grabbed his throat squeezing it causing him to die, he stared at the other guy. "Search him, then I will kill you." The guy nodded quickly before searching Jim's coat pockets. He pulled out folded up paper and handed it Bane along with his gun as Bane read the paper before handing them to me. I skimmed over the paper, it was the truth about Harvey Dent. Well I already knew about Harvey's true colors. This paper could become useful. I noticed Jim was gone and men were shooting at him as he was sliding down the sewer thing.

"He's dead sir."

"So show me the body." Bane stated.

"The water flows to any one of the outflows. We'll never find him." The man who I learned to be Barsad handed me a tracking device.

I pushed it to the guy's chest.

"Then follow him." I said before shooting him and watched him drop down into the waters.

I entered the party. I looked around at he people wearing the masquerade masks.

"Katie Wayne?" I froze in place. The person walked up in front of me. "It's really you." I pulled in for a hug. I hesitantly hugged back.

"hello Mason." I said. He smiled.

"It's been a long time."

"Yup." I said looking anywhere but him.

"How was your traveling?"

"My what?" I ask him confused.

"Um, your traveling." He stated. Then it clicked.

"Oh, right it was um, interesting." I said. "Um sorry but if you'll excuse me I have to go." I said excusing myself and walked away from him.

Oh god why must he have run into me? He's just another thing that would most likely hold me back if he got in the way.

I grabbed her arm and dragged her away from the crowd.

"Was that necessary?" Talia asked me irritably.

I pinned her to the wall by her throat.

"Yes it was." I stated. She tried prying my hand off her throat but it didn't work. "Bane is getting a tad impatient. Did you get to it yet?" I ask her.

"N-no." She choked. "Mr.Wayne is being stubborn." I growled.

"Well you need to try harder. Get to his good side, get him to trust you. Sleep with him if you have to. Just get what he needs." I stated letting her go. She started coughing. I walked away from her as u looked around the place. I saw my dad without a mask on looking over at the people. I saw Talia walking over to him.
