I slowly opened my eyes and they burned at the bright light.
"Sorry is the light to bright?" A man asked movie the light away from my face.
After a few moments my eyes adjusted to my surroundings. I went to move my arms but they were restrained.
"What the hell?" I mumble. There was a machine beside me like a heart monitor machine.
"What are you afraid of?" The man asks. I look at him and damn he looked familiar. I know him from somewhere. "What you don't recognize me Katie?" The man chuckles then it clicks.
"Crane?" I ask skeptically. He nods. My eyes widened.
"Ah, so now you remember?" He asks as he picks up his mask. He was my psychiatrist in Arkham before I got a different one. He picks up his mask and puts in on.
"N-no please don't." I beg him.
He began setting things up. He picked up a needle and injected the substance into me. I wince.
He picks up one of those masks that doctors would put on the patients to help them breath but I knew that it wasn't that. It was filled with his gas that would make my fears and everything else come to life.
He puts the mask on me. I struggle but it was no use because I started breathing it in.
I close my eyes and when I opened them everything changed.
