What was this sh*t? I was now its diamond. That was some sort of joke. My new special nickname.

"Did you see the news?" Whispered Sofia in Chemistry. "He's like freaken  dead. Like..." She shuddered a little. Giggling, expecting me to be happy.

I wasn't. I mean someone died. Someone I used to kiss and hug and share whispers to. Carson was dead. And I mean worst of all, I was to blame. I was going get in trouble for a crime I didn't commit.

"Ugh. Can you stop like, ignoring me? I don't even know what I did? Is something bothering you? Cause like if you want to be alone with your thoughts, be my guest." She scooted a little over on her stool. A sick frown came over her face.

My day hasn't been the best. Apparently I was lost in thought and had been ignoring them entire day. But really! How could I just throw off the fact that my life was going to spiral out of control. Sofia, Mae, and even Olivia were now all ignoring me, but I barely noticed.

It was lunch time. And the girls had excluded me from the circle table we usually sat at.

Ping

I heard the echo go off among the entire cafeteria. I looked up from the table and stared  around. Everyone got out there phones and checked. I looked down at my own and noticed that I had a new text also.

New iMessage
Unknown Number

Of course.

Like what I did there? Yea that's right. Check one of your friends phones. You'll be surprised. But it's what they need to believe.
Love our little chats my Diamond.

I scooted over to Mae and grabbed her phone before she could say anything. I read the already opened text.

Your little girl Taylor isn't innocent. She killed Carson. She murdered that innocent boy. And you're all breathing the same air as that criminal.

Oh my god. This wasn't happening.

No.
