"Who would write that?" Asked Olivia as she examined my graded test.

Staring and squinting at the Nice Job B*tch scribbled in the corner.

"But really, nice job.... Betch!" Olivia smiled then handed back my paper.

"It's probably just some jealous girl" then Olivia let out a fake cough. "Ellie. That hates you."

She was probably right. We waved good bye then we headed our separate ways. Off to cheer practice. Maybe having the first day of being captain would take my mind off of all this.

Mae caught up with me when we started our laps.
"How's it going?" She asked and our elbows beated against each other as our legs sped across the field.

I could see Ellie and her other two friends strolling in front of us. I, as captain, felt obligated to tell them to run, not walk. I mean, if coach saw them she would say something. Right?

"Hey. Um... Guys. Can you please run? Maybe not just walk?" I shouted to them as Mae giggled a little. Ellie and her friends turned around sharply. Their hair swung across their boulders.

"Excuse me?" She said loudly.

"I was just saying that you guys should be running." I responded.

I didn't want anything to happen, like a fight. So I tried to keep my temper.

"We can do whatever the hell we want, b*tch." Ellie responded. Suddenly my mind raced back to the paper. The grade. Then the note.
Nice Job B*tch!
She smirked that deadly smirk them linked her arms with her friends and starts at a slow jog.
She did it. Absolutely.
