So Close yet So Far

Chapter 6

Dom's P.O.V

I looked around where I was standing and I noticed that some werewolves were having a battle with their own wolves since, I guess, are trying to take over. And apparently their wolves won and they shifted and charged at the blue haired boy. The wolves were getting close to the blue haired boy and was about to strike him down but was stopped when the ground shook a little.

A girl with black hair and blue eyes arrived at the scene and went in the middle of the two boys. The ground stopped shaking. She glared at the two boys and the one with black looked almost identical to the girl. After the girl stopped glaring at the boys she went to the boy and grabbed his ear and dragged him and she did the same to the other boy.

"Ouch come on, punish him not me" one of the boys said. She was dragging the two boys to the classroom of the elementals. The door of that classroom was destroyed so some of the students peeked inside. I also took a peak through the broken doorway.

The girl who took the boys kept giggling and was trying not to burst out laughing and Tara was there too glaring at the two boys who had their heads bowed down.

Tara cracked her knuckles and the earth shook again. We were forced out of the room and into the hallway. After all the students who peeked inside the room, including me, was in the hallway the old broken door, which was made of silver, was forcefully planted into the door frame.

Some of the students didn't dare touch it since they are also werewolves and silver burns like heck. So all the students walked away from the door and went to our respective classrooms. My next class was gym.

*After classes*

I was running in the nearby forest in my wolf form. My midnight black fur was helping me camouflage in my dark surroundings. The forest was dark even though it was late afternoon. I stopped in a clearing where a lake was. I lapped at the cool water satisfying my thirst. After I was done drinking I heard a rustle of leaves behind me. I turned around and got into a fighting stance. I almost growled at the person who was coming until I knew who it was.

Tara emerged and she froze. I wasn't in my fighting stance anymore I was in a sitting position. I tilted my head showing her that I was curious. She smiled and seeing her smile just made me harry and I gave her a wolfy grin. She giggled and came closer to me with her left hand out. Her hand was in front of me and I sniffed it and I licked it causing her to giggle again.

She walked into the clearing and sat at the edge of the lake and I followed her and sat beside her. She stroked my fur and it sent sparks all over my body. "I'm gonna call you night, how's that?" she asked me and I nodded "I hope I can see you again tomorrow" and with that she left after she said goodbye.
