You say I'm quiet
Okay, well then I'm quiet
As the silent book hidden
In the back of the library
With secrets to uncover
But nobody has dared to pick it up
You ask me why I'm quiet
My only answer is silence
Does not of a volcano
Be silent before it erupts
Before it shows the world
Its true colors
If I'm quiet,
It must be because
I have spent so many nights
Alone listening to the world
Falling asleep singing it sweet lullabies
If I'm quiet,
It must be because
I want to give the world
Silence before I arrive
screaming and causing destruction.

My Untold Stories: Poetry
PuisiI started these poems in high school my senior year. I am dedicating them to the damsels in distress, the misfits and the total outcasts.
