Alexandra opened her umbrella. The clear sky from earlier had changed into a massive fall of a crying sky. "You don't really need that you know?" The man in the black suit said, as his eyes fell on her outfit. She wore a black dress with black heels underneath to match he guessed.

"I know Carter, I just like the sound of the rain falling on it," she said while looking at Carter from beneath her eyelashes. He nodded and they started to walk forward. As she sighed he grabbed her hand and held it tightly intertwined with his. "Are you sure you're okay to do this? I mean, we can just go do something else?" He asked her.

She gave him a small nod without looking, she knew that it would've made her want to fall in his arms and cry, which would automatically cancel his protection against the rain and make them both really wet. As they came closer she saw that the park was clear of any rain and that this was the only place that had a dark blue sky with a big shining moon. That had to mean one thing, it had really happened, it was really time. She had hoped that if she'd came that she would've saw that it wasn't real, that everyone was wrong. But it wasn't like that, even when Carter told her that it really had happened she still wouldn't believe it until now.

"Name and operation please?" A guardian angel that was supposed to guard the gate but was now picking between his feathers.

"Alexandra Dumont, Bastion."

"Carter Wilson, Roginio."

"Carter Wilson, you can go through, I still have a question for Ms. Dumont."

Carter listened and walked through the gate, transported into the place that was created within the park for the ceremony.

"Ms. Dumont, I need some extra confirmation that you are the real deal," he whispered in her ear while putting his lips on her neck.

Alexandra raised her hand and sent her rage, sadness and anger directly through him. Which caused the darkness to climb out of his mouth into his eye socks, the screaming and weeping sounded like a 5 year old on a violin.

"How's that for confirmation?" she asked while almost reaching her outer limit of anger.

"Make it stop, please, just make it stop, please, I can hear them, I can hear the shadows whisper, they are coming, please, please.. Just make it stop." he begged crying out black tears.

She lifted her hand up and all the darkness came back into the palm of her hand only to be casted out by it a second later.

"Hm, you would've thought an angel would be a worthy foe, I'm a little disappointed." A blonde girl said who stood behind her, it was Sepharine, Alexandra's worst nightmare.

"Sepharine, how nice of you to join," Alexandra said sarcastically, the last time Sepharine joined her it nearly got her killed. She can't keep secrets, which automatically made her a threat from the beginning.

"Alexandra, long time no see, but we'll have time to catch up later, they're waiting for us," she jumped around in her pink dress and ran into the gate pulling Alexandra in with her.

As the angel tried to get on his feet he heard the rumbling noise of them getting closer, true darkness, the shadows. He was still out of breathe from breaking exposed by such a powerful form of both darkness and light. "They were right, she is the one," he whispered as the shadows dragged him to the inner darkness and started to feast on him, causing the protection spell to break which immediately destroyed the gate.
