In the darkness of an alley a shadow moved. It was quicker than a blink of an eye, an average human would not have caught the movement. On the slight chance that someone did they'd soon dismiss it as a trick of the light. Those who believed that it was a trick of the light, would have been astounded to see that there was a girl in the shadows. The girl leans against the wall in ease, only she knows how good she is at camouflage. Her name is Onyx but on the streets she's better known as The Black Chameleon. She wears black, all black, sweatpants and jacket. The hood of the jacket was up and it shielded her face. Her bright blue eyes scanned the alley repeatedly but otherwise she didn't move.

A scarred faced boy entered the alley his face was calm and content but the slight quiver of his hands and how he constantly checked for his dagger revealed just how scared he actually was. Onyx watched the huge man, taking in everything about him. The kid's name on the streets is Scar, one look at him and you'd know why. When he passed Onyx's hiding place she stepped out behind him, making sure her steps were heard by him. The speed at which he turned could have caused him whiplash. Onyx let out a slight sinister laugh. "The rumor is your calling in my debt" Scar growled regretfully, on the streets you didn't want to owe The Black Chameleon anything. She nodded agreeing with his statement. "What do you know about The Eye?" she asked casually and she sustained her laugh when Scar's eyes widen. Before he answered he looked around, satisfied that no one was around he said quite cockily.

"I know of a map to The Eye" The Black Chameleon waited but realized that the fool Scar was not telling her where to find this map. Scar finally realized he had to add some more to it so he said

"This map's location is worth more than my silly little debt" Those words earn him a piercing glare from Onyx. The saying if looks could kill was from that very glare. Then before he could even process what was happening The Black Chameleon was in front of him with a knife at his throat.

"You don't get to decide what pays for your debt" she hissed to him, her voice softer and more feminine than anyone on the street would expect from the legendary Black Chameleon. Nervous sweat ran down Scar's forehead. "Gabriel has it" Scar said as fast as he could, he'd say anything to get this famous killer away from his neck. No one likes being on the wrong end of a knife. ""The one who represents the wizards on the council?" She asked, looking deep into his eyes. The word is on the streets that The Black Chameleon can tell if anyone is lying. "Yes, That's the one" Scar said rather desperately. The Black Chameleon smiled. "Thanks" She said while bashing his head hard enough into the alley wall that he went unconscious. She left him behind in the dark and she slinked away into the night. No one witness the exchange between the two. The Black Chameleon was then on her way to Gabriel's mansion to get the map of The Eye.
