Meanwhile a messenger in green traveling clothes sprinted through the caves of Mount Sookoo. The caves were lit with green and blue stones, that shined as if filled with stars. He ran through the great hall, a huge cavern that led to every cave in Sookoo. He ran straight ahead towards the cave guarded by two earth dragons. Tall, powerful, and immense. Sitting their heads were two stories high off the ground, the entrance itself was three times that easily. They stopped him by blocking his way with their tails. The messenger stopped and knelled. One dragon was black and the other was a deep green. The black one leaned down and thundered "Speak of your business and level of importance" the messenger looked up at the black dragon, while the dragon turned his head to look at him with one great blue eye. He stood and shouted up to the dragon
"I bring news from the south east! Great grief has fallen, I bear news for the Queen of dragons and the prince themselves!" The dragon blinked and drew back. There was no lies in his aura. All dragons have the Sight.
"You may pass" He rumbled and the black dragon and his green companion unblocked the way. The bearer of bad news took off running. He ran pass them and down, down the steep incline, down deeper into the mountain. The path was lit by red cracks in the walls pulsing with mysterious energy. He ran and ran until he reached the queen's gate, the doorway into her throne room and living quarters. The doors were made of pure white diamond, which were completely smooth. In fact it looked like a shiny expensive white wall. As he approached a trickle of blue light bled down the very center and the doors opened just enough for him to pass through. It was pitch black, the doors closed behind him as he kneeled.
"O great Queen and prince I bring thou terrible news" The room's temperature slowly grew more and more intense. Then a deep, thick, booming voice that could only be prince Iso came out of the dark.
"What news could be so important as to disturb us?" Prince Iso asked menacingly. The messenger, shaking now, swallowed and answered
"The representative of the human organization of magic on the council has passed, Gabriel the Courageous is no longer!" Suddenly there was an earth shaking moan that shook the cavern, it stopped as suddenly as it begun and was replaced with the sound of a weeping woman. As a yellow light appeared and so did she only a few feet away from him. She was tall, graceful, and enchanting. The woman was by far the most beautiful that he has ever seen. Her hair flowed onto her shoulders likes rivers of fire, her face was strong and structured and carried an expression of sorrow. Her eyes glowed like purple stars and her skin seemed to radiate a gold light. He was in awe by her presence, he saw only her and nothing else. She glided towards him arms out stretched.
"Thank you for letting us know, thank you" her voice was rich and harmonious, you could listen to it all day and only yearn for more. She knelt down and lifted his chin. "For your troubles" She leaned in and kissed his forehead. Her lips were warm and soft like feathers. He closed his eyes and when he opened them he was at home in bed. He thought it was a dream until he looked in the mirror and watched a pair of orange lip marks fade away.
