I was shocked. What could Casey be doing here. What happened bewteeen the car crash and everything else. My mind was racing. My heart was beating. "She is out!" I could hear nurses murmuring. I blacked out. I woke up to Gino's ex grimacing to my face. "Wow." she said sarcastically. "Look how good little Abby Lee Miller's star looks now." "Disgusting." she said. "Look, I don't want to start any trouble now, I just want to find..." I said but was interrupted. "OH Gino?? He's in a coma. Thanks to you. " Casey said. "How is this my fault?" I said. " Gino loves me. He always has and always will. I give him what he wants." Casey said. "You're filthy." I said, shaking my head. "I may be filthy, but that's the only way I'll ever get love, my looks and my legs." She said. I shudder in disgust and doze off from the painkillers. I wake up to find Casey gone. Finally. It's 12:00. I quietly glance out my hospital door to see Gino in his hopsital bed. Oh, my God. I thought. Hes beautiful. His hair was parted to the right of his head. His arm laying towards his phone. His face is scarred from the glass but he is so hot I can't help but peck him on the cheek. But he was gone. "Gino..My love..." I whispered. I know he can't hear me. It hurt so bad that I couldn't talk to him. I've never heard silence quite this loud. I placed my head on his chest and lay my ear towards his heart. I clutch his hand and kiss him on the cheek and doze off next to him in my sleep. I'm in love with the boy in the coma. I thought.
