Yellow Diamond: What do you mean she's trying to stop it?! Her job was to check the progress of the gem shards. Not stop the cluster!!! If anything goes wrong, she should know to just take one for the team. So either the Crystal Clods torchered Peridot in admitting, and are forcing her to help protect that waste land... Yes. That must be why. When I get there, the Crystal Gems will be stopped of disrupting my plans. And I will deal with the Peridot to how I see fit.
