Equality?

TrashBagNerd2000- Hey Yellow Diamond? What do you think about the topic of equality? We as humans, have a strong belief for this thing called 'equal rights', well most of us do. The thought of it is that everyone is respected and treated equally. Nobody is more or less important. If someone has a right to something, we all should. Although our own progress in equality is moving quite slowly, we still can't help but feel drawn to the idea that in our future (if the human race even has one at this point) we may all be equal being and have our differences pushed aside and forgotten about.

I simply ask to know what your thought on equality is, considering you run a seemingly autocratic monarchy, I can only assume you think negatively of it, but who knows? I could very well be entirely wrong.

I know what your trying to say. You are trying to tell me to make gems of all shapes and sizes and imperfections equal. So you are saying that a Pearl is equal to a Jasper, or a Quartz to be equal to a Diamond. For you, equality may be acceptable. But for us, not by a long shot. Do you understand what would happen to HomeWorld if an imperfect, unprofessional, self driven gemstone became our leader? There would be no Homeworld.

Besides.... you say that you are all equal. What about your leaders? Your queens? You are not equal to them. If you so much as touch them, you will be persecuted. But if they touch you, then its an honor. So I just want you to know that your not as, "equal" as you say you are.
