Chapter 6: All Wrapped Up

Anthony's POV:
Ok, you know in movies how the superhero would carry the girl? Well its not that easy if you don't have super strength. I'm not saying Leyla weighs too much, I'm saying its had to carry her while flying.

As soon as Leyla was going to ask me something, I hear a voice. "Hello, I am Henry, nice too meet you." "Did you guys hear that?" I ask, kind of freaking out. "I did." Leyla remarks. "I hope you did." "Who is this?" Caleb asks confused.

"I am Henry, your supercomputer."
"Oh good, for a second I thought there was a ghost." Brandon says jokingly. "I am here to direct you to the research facility." And then an arrow appears on my mask.

"So do we follow the arrow? ... Henry?" Caleb asks. "Yes, follow it until your masks says 'destination'. And if you need anything just call my name. Goodbye." "Goodbye Henry!" Leyla says happily.

As soon as we all heard 'destination', we looked down. We were above a building a hole melted through the top. We land on the roof, and I set down Leyla carefully. "Thanks Anthony!" Leyla says greatful. I probably didn't look it, but I'm exhausted.

We walk over to the hole and Brandon remarks "Looks like a dragon burned this hole." We all look at him. "What? We have superpowers, why can't there be dragons." "Because that's ridiculous." Caleb says. "Lets just go guys." Leyla says, jumping through the hole.

We follow. The first thing I see is all the scientists tied up in a corner. As I walk over to go help, a fireball flies by my face. "I wouldn't untie them if I were you." We all know that unforgettable voice. I turn and see three people. Actually, three crazy people.

One boys is on fire. Yeah, on fire. His body is encased in flames, and his hair looks like a campfire. There was, next to him, a werewolf. It had a torn blouse, so I'm guessing its a girl. And next to her, there is a mummy. Its strings are all floating around it. And the mummy was glowing black, with glowing white eyes.

"Kad?" Caleb asks the flaring kid. "You know it!" Kad says. "How did you get powers?" Leyla asks. " The better question is where did you get your powers, ice girl." the werewolf snarls. While there still talking, mummy wraps a bottle of something with his mummy strings. After wrapping it completely, he rips it all of, and the bottles gone.

So that's what they're doing. As he starts wrapping another, I thrust my hand forward, and a wave of sound comes out and knocks the mummy off its feet.

"Seems like we got the right one, lets go." Kad says. "Hold up-" and Caleb shoots a laser out of his hand. It hits Kad straight in the stomach. "If its a fight you want," he starts blazing, "its a fight you'll get." I run towards the mummy. I keep thrusting my arms and shooting sound at him. He was prepared this time, and puts his strings into a wall.

Then the mummy grabs me with all his strings. I struggle and struggle, but it's no use. I look to see how the others are doing while I'm trying to escape. Caleb and Leyla are shooting water and lasers at flaming Kad. Brandon's electrocuting the werewolf. And I'm getting light headed. Idea. "Guys, cover your ears!" Immediately they cover their ears. When they do, I scream. It was so loud you could see the sound waves. The mummy drops me and the other two are on the floor, covering their ears.

When I stop screaming, their still on the floor. I use this opportunity to attack all of them. I make a sonic boom by using the spikes on my arm, and hit all of them at least 15 times. When I stop, their all knocked out. I walk over to my friends and motion to uncover their ears. "Wow, that's pretty impressive." Caleb says smiling. I walk over too the scientists and ungag and untie them. I also pop all their ears so they can hear. "Do you know what they are after." I asks one of them. "I don't know, let me see what they stole." And he gets on a cracked computer screen and searches what was missing. "They stole black energy."

I keep that in the back of my mind and turn around to see if the villains are still knock out. WHAT? There gone. And my friends are on the ground, knocked out.

"Really?!" I scream a super scream.
