It's been a little over a week that I've been staying with Xander and I was literally going stir crazy in this house.

There was only so much one person could clean before the smell of the disinfectant went to your head.

I'd finally signed the necessary papers for me to be apart of the pack and Xander was planning on having a big cook out, where he'd introduce me to the entire pack as his mate.

We'd driven up to see my sister on Wednesday and the doctor pulled me aside to tell me that the radiation treatments were working and that if things kept up the way they were she'd be cancer free within the next couple of months.

I cried that night, I was so happy that things were finally looking up for my big sister.

I asked Xander if she could live on the pack grounds when she got out of the hospital and he responded with a simple, "of coarse."

Which made me kiss him, which led to an intense make out session. But he stopped it before things could get to far, which oddly saddened me.

Today was Saturday and he wanted me to meet his parents, which I was happy and nervous about at the same time.

He was in his office taking care of a few things while I got ready.

I put on a white long sleeved lace dress, and paired it with a gold necklace, gold hoops, and my Alex and Ani bracelets that I had received in past years for my birthday or Christmas. I had the A, the pineapple, the W which stood for Wumbo, my birthstone, the sister one, and the best half of the best friend ones. Adrianna had the other half.

I had put my hair in a elegant bun and pinned my bangs back into a bump, I kept my makeup light, only adding a little eyeliner to make my eyes pop before I slipped on my white heels.

When I walked out of the bathroom Xander had black slacks on, a white dress shirt with a silver tie, and the watch he was wearing made him look like a business man.

"Wow." Xander's eyes were as wide as saucers when he looked at me. "You look absolutely amazing. I am definitely the luckiest man on earth."

I blushed at his comment, "You look pretty dapper yourself."

He laughed, "Who says 'dapper'?"

I sent him a glare, "I do, now come over here. Your tie is crooked."

He walked over towards me and place his hands on my hips while I straightened his tie.

Even in heels I was no where near his height.

When I was done, he pulled me closer to him and kissed my lips.

I pulled back, "We have to go now, if we want to get there on time. I'd like to make a good first impression."

He chuckled at my worriedness, "Don't worry babe, my parents will love you." He said, grabbing my hand and pulling me out of the room.

He opened the door to the SUV for me and closed it behind me.

The drive to his parents house was quiet, we sat in a comfortable silence, but when we pulled into the drive way I was shaking.

"Are you sure they'll like me?" I asked.

"I promise you that they'll love you. The only person you have to worry about is my brother."

My eyes went wide and I bit my lip.

"Kidding. I'm just kidding babe. Every one will love you. You have nothing to worry about."

He got out of the truck before walking to my side and opening the door for me.
