Thomas:
He gathers everyone in the Glade and throws a big bonfire to celebrate. They'll all sing Happy Birthday to you and have some of Gally's yucky recipe.
Newt:
He likes celebrating just the two of you, so he'll take the day off and spend it alone in the Deadheads where you guys have some peace and quiet. Then he shows how much he really loves you ;)
Minho:
It'lll be a normal day just for you two, but when he comes out of the Maze that evening, he'll get your guys friends together and just sneak away and hang out and play some truth or dare.
Gally:
He'll make you think he forgot our birthday, and so did everyone else. But when you ran into the Glade that evening, it was empty. You thought something happened until everyone jumped out and yelled "HAPPY BIRTHDAY"
